I?ve stopped at this location for years & customer service is never great. This particular time they forgot to make my coffee. ... Several people behind the counter seem to ignore me while I waited. Not 1 person stopped to acknowledge me. I eventuallyapproached one of the baristas to check the status of my order & she says they do not have blonde roast.. (Crickets) They didn?tbother telling me when I ordered it in the store or while waiting. She ended up taking care of me but seemed annoyed. Noapology or thank you. Needless to say, I do not stop at this Starbucks anymore. Travelers stop here to get energized, notdrained. Do better. Read more
I stop in your store twice a week when traveling between homes. I have to commend you and your team for their great attitude and... commitment to providing the highest level of service. I am usually passing through Spanish Fort in late after noon on a Fridayand mid day on Sundays. Both times of day are pretty busy and your team gets people in and out quickly while still taking thetime for a chat. I have been in countless Starbucks in Manhattan, Atlanta, Seattle, San Francisco, LA, Palm Springs andToronto. Your team is by far in the top teams for diversity in all those major cities. I even spent a winter season working ata Starbucks in Niagara Falls NY. Given your location in southern Alabama, that is a HUGE success and as their leader, youdeserve to be recognized for such an accomplishment. Read more
I have been getting the black tea for over 10 years at Starbucks. No sugar just iced tea. So when Donna is told that the tea... is not made right, it is weak (so its flavorless) and she response with we have good tea maybe you should go somewhere else, shereally shows her own lack of knowledge of the drinks she is making. This needs to be corrected by management on how to make teaand how to respond to customers. Read more

I have always loved going to this Starbucks bc the people are so friendly and very helpful. I love the new renovations. I wish I... knew the name of the person who took my order tonight because we always have the best conversation and always so friendly.
