I'm not sure if she is the manager or not but Erica Randolph handled business to correct an order snafu that really wasn't their... fault due to a customer's impatience. She handled it in a timely fashion while they were extremely busy and my order wascorrect-she double checked it. GIVE HER A RAISE! This is the worst managed Taco Bell I?ve ever experienced. I never make bad reviews, but this place has a serious management... issue. I have 5 kids and occasionally we want to grab some tacos after sports when we?re short on time. This location for TacoBell is the most prime location and it?s an absolute awful experience every single time. I?ll start with multiple times I?vearrived 20-30 minutes before closing and they?ll just completely ignore I?m even in the drive through. If you close at 10 youdon?t take orders at 9:30? Multiple other times they?ll say things like. We?re no longer taking any orders because we ran out ofbeef or taco shells. It?s like, what? I?ve been to this Taco Bell probably 6 times while they?re still open and actually orderedonce. That one time was tonight. And it was just as awful. A Hispanic woman (description for owner) was as rude as she could?vebeen. I asked her name and she wouldn?t tell me. She literally closed the window on me. ???? I was not allowed to add to myorder, yet there was no one in line behind me. I was the only vehicle in line. I hadn?t had a Mexican pizza in years and forgotthey brought it back to the menu occasionally and asked and she said I wasn?t allowed to add to order and to go get back inline. What? So you?re telling me that the owner wouldn?t want to make additional money? Especially with no one else in line? Iwouldn?t waste your time going to this place. The owner needs to know that he?s losing thousands every day and all hismanagement needs evaluated. Read more

The app messed up my order, and i went inside to get it fixed. Took no time at all, the customer service was amazing, and my... food was amazing when they fixed it. All the staff is very polite, especially Erica! She truly made my experience awesome, thisis my favorite Taco Bell! Read more

I got the Nacho Fries Box, my sister got the Deluxe Nacho Fries Box, and my mom got the Mexican Pizza Box. My sister gave me... half of her "spicy" burrito (it isn't spicy at all), and some nacho sauce. My Doritos Locos taco was good. The nacho fries werealso good, and it makes me regret not trying nacho fries before today. The burrito I got was good, and the half I got from mysister was also good. And something must've changed since the last time I went to taco bell, because Mild and Hot sauce felt notspicy whatsoever. But yeah, the food was good, and I finally ate Diablo sauce for the first time since me and my brother ate apack of Diablo sauce in one go when I was around 6 years old. This has happened to us twice now. The first time I chalked it up to a one off. Last night I bought 3 Doritos tacos for my son. ... All three hardly had anything in them. Plus the shells were stale. They're cutting corners at this restaurant, IMO. Read more

They false advertised the Catina Cravings box online for $7.49 but when we got to the menu board and looked at it the price was... $9.49. We ordered them and it came out to $29 for 2 boxes and a 12 piece Cinnabon delights that wasn't even cooked all the way.They were still frozen on the inside. We sat at the window for 10 minutes just to get frozen half cooked delights. I do notrecommend eating here. Read more

Out of chicken, steak, beans, sour cream I get that. We ordered double meat, no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, nor silverware.... Ordered a cheesy roll up but got a taco instead. Poor customer service. I would like the order we wanted replaced once items areavailable. The picture is the remaining chips after eating very little on the nachos. Read more

Fire the staff,, shut it down...We just added a kiosk order in the store since we have an rv from out of town. 820pm Sunday... night. Worst meal ever with even worse customer service from the entire team! I used to work at a different store as a teen, soI understand portion control, but this was one of our quesadillas. We ordered two quesadillas that were nearly empty and ourdrinks were nearly thrown on counter. Glad they fed us, but it was not a kind experience. Read more
