Like many Taco bells in this area, hours are absolutely ridiculous and incorrect. Everything you look up about the place says... that they're open and at almost 10:00 a.m they are closed. Waste of time. Read more
Went here to finally get a Mexican pizza but nope. They were out of them...how?? Isn't it two flour tortillas fried with meat,... tomatoes and cheese? So we tried to order the box meal with the new cantina chicken..."we don't sell the box meal anymore and weare out of the chicken"! I said "So you don't sell the box meals at all?" He said "No". I said "It is all up on your menuscreens, but you don't sell them or have the new Cantina chicken? Can you tell us what you do have?" He said tacos andburritos...this kid had absolutely no people skills. I honestly have no clue why they would hire someone to talk to customerswhen they can't and have no verbal skills at all. Maybe he should be in a different position. Oh and if you want the Mangofreeze drink, they are out of mango as well! Lmao! Basically this Taco Bell does NOT sell anything that is on their websitemenu!!! Last time we had this Taco Bell was when covid was around and only drive thru was open. The food sucked so bad...therewas nothing but Lettuce in the crunch wrap, tacos were half the size and the burritos were super little, like the cheese roll.The Mexican pizza was 2 tostada shells instead of the crispy flour shells. So it was super little and gross! We said we werenever going back. They brought the Mexican pizza back which is the only thing I actually really like there. Well, after thiswhole thing, we will never be going back to Taco Bell again...there is a lot more better Taco places nearby!!! This store opens and closes whenever they want. Management is clearly incompetent if their employees are allowed to be rude in... the morning when stating that they are opening 2 1/2 hours later than they should. I haven't had any issues with my orders orfood so far, but I can only eat here about half the time I want to. Update! Have had no problems with employees, they have notmessed up my order even once (I play around with custom orders for some tasty creations).They were struggling with seriousunderstaffing issues which I believe led to most of my previous problems and encounters. There is now appropriate signage in themornings detailing when they can open, which is tremendously helpful. I've updated my review from 2 stars to 4. Read more
Didn't even roll my Burrito just folded it in half, no matter how many chances I give this place they still disappoint.
The overall place is good, I we t there for the return of the Enchrito. Was very disappointed. Nor the same as it was before.... No black olives, very small. It was just like a small burrito with beans and cheese and a little red sauce. I know it is onlyfor 2 weeks, but at least make it like it used to be.
