I hate to leave this review because I actually really like their pizza, but the last 3 times I have been in this restaurant, the... service has completely gone downhill. I understand there may be a staffing shortage, and I expect to wait a little bit. However, we waited over an hour, saw two people who came after us get served, and still had no pizza. I walked up to the counterto check the status and saw our pizza placed on the counter to come to our table. I watched our pizza sit on counter while theemployees just kept walking by it and not even looking at it. After about 5 more minutes, I decided that was it. I asked thecashier for a refund, and to their credit, they obliged. Full disclosure, they ended up giving us our pizza for free togo. While I appreciate the restaurant making it right, I really hope that they can fix the problem of extended waits for pizza, and then letting it sit unattended with no urgency to get it out. Read more

Not impressed at all. Their tables were sticky and the shuffleboard was a joke to say the least, it looked like it has been... thru a war or something. The menu stated that a large General ( combo) pizza was $35 which includes about 5-6 differenttoppings right ... We ordered a large half General and half double pepperoni. They charged us $35 for a whole General PLUSadditional charge for the double pepperoni side for a total of $40.... No how does that make sense ?? I paid for a full pizzawith 5-6 toppings but in reality only have the pizza only had 2 toppings.. and they wanted to charge me for the additionalpepperoni. The gal did remove the additional double pepperoni charge but still what a scam. Now to top off the whole ordealonly 1/4 of the pizza was a General !!!! The rest was pepperoni and it wasn't even double pepperoni !! At that point we justgave up and said Not again. This place is a joke. Read more

Sunday, 6ish pm, not very crowded. Sat at the bar, (because I eat solo a lot and don't want to take a whole table)... A young... man named Jeff was my server/bar-tender. He was very nice, provided a laid back mellow atmosphere, very attentive, but at easeand a no rush kinda deal. The pizza, (to-go), was very hot & tasty. An overall "well tended to" relaxing ambience. Verysatisfied ???? ????. Read more

We went there at 4:30 on a Saturday, they did not have enough people working for as many customers they had. All the employees... were doing their best, but it was a 1.5 hour wait time for our pizza. The drink area was missing stuff, and the tables weresticky. By the time we got our pizza, it was not hot, like it had been sitting up there for a bit, which we only got when I wentup to ask where our food was. The prices are a bit steep to have this kind of service honestly. We had a medium and a smallpizza, garlic cheese bread, and drinks which cost about $60. Restaurant pizza prices without restaurant quality service. I?mgiving 3 stars because on the positive side, even though you could tell there were not nearly enough people working on aSaturday night and there were a few angry customers, the staff were very friendly and constantly working hard. Also, the pizzawas good - we had the breath buster and a cheese. The garlic cheese bread was the best part though! Read more

In the age of COVID-19 we go out of our way to support other local businesses. We went through the formalities of making a... reservation and tonight was our first outing with our newborn and the in-laws. We quickly placed our order, our bill was $33, Ihanded over $40 cash and was happy for them to keep the change, the young man seemed very thankful. We were told to sitwherever we wanted, we were literally the only customers and table in the restaurant. 30 minutes goes by and we're allwondering where our pizza might be, while watching the young guys play on their phones and practice their secret handshake/highfives. Certainly a single pizza couldn't take THIS long we thought. Eventually one of us goes to ask if maybe it was sittingup there and we needed to come grab it (things are always changing with this COVID nonsense). This is where it fell apart. Theworkers say the order ticket must not have printed, they don't know what happened, they have to re-place the order in theircomputer etc. So, somehow, with upwards of 8 employees in the establishment, nobody realized the ONE TABLE they had, was justsitting there for a half hour, and thought "hey, kinda weird they're just sitting there with drinks and not eatinghuh?". Eventually we get our pizza dropped of, no napkins, plates, silverware, ranch, honey, nothing. That gets corrected andwe begin to eat. 10 minutes later a guy walks in to pick up his to go order and we watch the same kids telling him they have norecord of it, he "must have called another store" and proceed to take ~10-15 minutes to get his next order into their computer. I've never watched someone type so much into an iPad to order a pizza before in my life. It's as though every ingredient musthave been hand typed, as well as the baking procedure, cutting procedure and boxing procedure. Astonished is all I can say. Atleast we got to listen to the kids in the back screaming (not singing, if that's singing lord help us all) the wor Read more
