Ordered a drink at the bar, my drink was watered down. Chose to order some food since I was meeting up with friends & ordered a... patty melt, fries & fried zucchini. My meat wasn't cooked all the way, there was barely any onions or thousand island dressingon it. I had to put mustard and ranch hoping it'd be good. My fries were not but you could tell they had been sitting. Theydefinitely weren't fresh. Ordered a second drink and that one wasn't all that good neither. My waitress wasn't very attentiveeither. Really cool place. Went on a Football Sunday with some friends. It was busy and they were short staffed but there was great team... work. The service and food was totally on point. Been going here for years but sadly today will be the last time. Food quality has been sliding here for some time now. However... tonight many items weren't prepared correctly and some just inedible. Tried to reach out and was hung up on as soon as they knewI wasn't happy with the food quality. Sad to see a place go from 9/10 bar food, some of the best in Reno to 2/10. You can nowfind much better bar food in Reno at half the price and with 5? service. Sad to see a great Reno bar slide down so far. Read more
Up until now as I write this review, this location had really good food and service, but clearly something changed. I'm so sad... to say my husband and I won't be ordering again. We ordered 4 appetizers to split that we have had before for dinner, and 2 ofthem were good like always, but on the qusadilla they gave us the wrong meat and they packed it with jalapenos when we wrotedown "no jalapenos" in the request field on grubhub. I'm very sensitive to spicy food, so i couldn't eat any of the qusadilla.The fried pickles were very weirdly salty and not battered well. The final straw though was when I called and said I havecomplaints about a order and I would like to speak to a manager, the staff member hung up on me and then ignored my attempt tocall back. Came here late at night and our server Carson was great. Give her a raise. She got our orders right and helped us with our many... requests and questions. Great spot, just like the other Bully's I've been to. If I'm back in the same area, I'll definitely stophere. The funky chicken sandwich was delicious. Read more
We didn't have any food. Went there for the Turkey Bowling. We could not believe it. We had so much fun. We didn't know a soul.... People were so friendly. Not just the employees but the other patrons. The service was also Fantastic. ???? Read more
