Was waiting in line for the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me and a car pulled in front of all three of us.. I tried to let him... know that he was cutting in line and that the back of the line was behind me.. His reply was "no it's not" and proceed to stayin line. I walked inside to let the manager Laura know and also walked up to the drive thru window to point out the car that wascutting the line..The manager proceeded to take his order and while at the window was talking Spanish to him...Who knows whatwas said as I don't speak Spanish.i guess it's ok to cut if your Hispanic.. Went to el pollo loco an hour before they closed. Looked at menu online because I was going to order online and pickup. Well... you can?t order online within an hour of closing so I went to the drive thru, price of the meal I was going to order was $5more at the store than online. Employee said yes prices are different online but refused to match price even though I could notorder online. I left and will not return. What a joke! Read more
Very typical for the restaurant, food was well made and good. Took a bit to come out but that is normal when you have to wait... for it to cook. Only been here the one time but it was what I expected and it was tasty. Read more

The person who helped me at the drive through window was rude. It was a last minute decision to get food here, so if course I... wasn't ready (I know, I have to be ready). I was ordering for a family of 7, I ordered a couple of things and then when heasked for the next item I said to give me a second as I was looking at the menu... I ordered another item then he asked againfor something else I needed, I said "give me a second" and at that moment he sighed. I said "dude, don't sigh I am buying hereI am giving you business. He then said "Sir, nobody sighed and if you continue being disrespectful I am going to cancel yourorder" I said: I heard you sigh. He then again went and said: "if you are being disrespectful I am going to cancel the orderand going to call my manager". I just ordered one more thing and left it at that. I am not inclined to go back to this place...A family of 7 (grown ups) would spend a minimum of $75 every time. Read more
Pollo Loco is always a ?to-go-to? spot for my family and I! And especially me! I love Pollo Loco. Their Chicken Tostada Bowls is... always the classic choice when trying to stay lean and eat healthy. Plus, this location seems to always be busy and consistentlygetting customers out in a timely manner. Shows a lot about a place! Read more
I've never been inside this restaurant but the drive thru seems to function quite nicely. Even though there's a line wrapped... around the building it goes fairly quickly. Food is great and pretty good price too. Read more
