I've given this place too many chances only to be let down everytime with dry, old stale pizzas. This is last time I will go and... allow any of my family members to go there. They used to be good, what happened? If you want a fresh pizza, they sigh and say"it's gonna be an hour wait" just so they can move people along. This is unacceptable. They only serve old dry pizzas l. Doesn'tthe managers read these reviews. Read more

All young kids and a mess in there. Had to tell the worker my order three times like he was stoned. I ordered one deep dish pep... one hot and ready pep and one two liter. That's it. Said it three times. Had to wait 15 minutes for a hot and ready which hetold me after I paid. Got my pizza it was not even cut all the way thru. Asked to have them re cut and the girl at the registerwas rude and said racist things in Spanish about the customers. I assume the one guy is the manager he was ok. All otheremployees were rude and racist. Not the place to eat for sure. They don't care how your food looks or taste. Just remember tomake sure they cut your pizza thru and it is what you ordered and it's not already cold before you leave the store. Or yourcoming back to the store. Read more
HEALTH HAZARD - CUSTOMERS BEWARE last night my family ordered 2 Batman cheese pizzas from this location and we love the pizza... franchise, however our pizzas smelled of bleach and an odor similar to old mushrooms or mildew. Unfortunately I believe that thecheese they had in stock was old and maybe they didn?t know it but they still made the pizzas with the old cheese. The aromawasn?t that strong but once you put the pizza up to your face you could tell something was a little off but we chalked it up tothe fact that they had Parmesan sauce on the pizza. Some pieces were ok and other pieces had an awful taste and odor. I didspeak with Door Dash about the quality and safety concerns and they took care of their side of things however I tried to speakwith the manager ?Fernando? or at least that?s the name I was given on the phone and the manager told me ?sorry No hablo Ingles?. Now again I love Little Caesars my family we have no problem with this establishment however it?s really offputting that I?mtrying to make them aware of a food safety concern because my family was sick the next day which is today ? multiple trips tothe bathroom as you can imagine and I have a really hard time believing that the manager does not speak English?? So I will bealerting the Washoe county health department so that they can do a proper inspection and I still have half of one of the pizzaswhich I would be glad to bring back to the store or take to the health office so they can examine/determine what exactly was inthis pizza giving off that foul smell and taste which I truly believe is mold.
