I was excited to go to this store because a friend at work told me they had Cinnabon. I drove there and walked in, went to the... Cinnabon section where there was NO ONE. I saw 2 or 3 people at what seemed to be the main counter, and 2 people behind thecounter of an adjoining counter. Nobody said the Cinnabon was closed, which the ONLY sign at that counter I saw said they wereopen between 6am and 6pm. Nobody said they were in the back, NOTHING. I'd say this was the worst customer service, but I neverreceived any. Read more

The employees get a thrill out of kicking their patrons off the property. There's something incredibly weird about this. In fact... some of the guys behind the register are so rude and downright mean. It seems they can talk to you any way they want, and if youreact, they kick you off their property for life. Read more
I keep coming back thinking one of these times I will at be least acknowledged by a single employee there. But no. Every time I... stop in for coffee, gas, or smokes, there are at least 3 employees on the other side of the counter talking amongst themselves.Eventually, someone will come to me at the counter, ring me up, take my $$$, and continue their conversations.
