I?ve been coming to this nasty ???? place for years now and I experience my order being wrong quite often. Yesterday I ordered 4... chicken biscuits with cheese and a large Powerade. I got all the way to my son?s school and found out my order was wrong, therewere two sausage egg McMuffins. I called the restaurant and the Hispanic lady apologized and took my name and assured me that myorder would be replaced. I go in this morning and I informed them what I was told. The rude lady at the counter asked me for myreceipt, I told her I had ordered on the kiosk and no receipt was printed, she then proceeded to address another Hispanic ladyin Spanish well guess what I speak fluent Spanish and the fact that I was called some very offensive, derogatory names made meextremely angry, then a Hispanic man came in and was very aggressively dismissing me and told me to go ahead and contactcorporate because he wasn?t replacing my order. The amount of flies in this store is utterly disgusting. Their ordering kiosk was also not printing receipts normally not a big... issue for me but being on a work trip I needed a receipt for reimbursement, they had zero solutions for me and acted like Ishould have known. When there?s no note or anything saying that it wasn?t printing. Read more
This place is filthy. Alive and dead flies, didn't count, but a lot. Ketsup on walls, floors littered and sticky. Not a clean... table in the place. No customer service...like the employees do no acknowledge your presence. Finally gave up and ordered at thekiosk. Waited forever...20 minutes to the point of writing this review, and still waiting. If I could give you 0 stars I would. 2 of your emoyees eating fries on the line at about 4:15pm on sun dec 12. They both then... reached into the supposed fresh fries with no gloves and said they were cold. They then served me those same fries. This isabsolutely unacceptable behavior from food service employees. The two in the included picture are the responsible parties. Read more

I ordered two Sausage egg McMuffin and both were burnt around the edges of the English muffins. I took them back they came back... the same way. Read more
