I see that some others shared a similar experience. I had my order given to another customer as well. I thought maybe I just... wasn't a cool regular customer who got to stand with one foot in the kitchen to wait for his food. Another worker quicklynoticed the inept worker's mistake and took the bag back from let's call him "Steve" before he could open it and gave it tome. It's sad really, I wouldn't call myself a regular customer but I would drive the 20 minutes to get a good bagel every nowand again. Now I can't go back because I felt disrespected. Waited 25 minutes for a sausage bagel sandwich. literally nothing on it but dried burnt bacon bits (Not sausage) and what taste... like a microwaved dry egg. If you have to be to work or want something with taste, I'd skip the stop. Read more
I am very annoyed I just came to get a muffin and 2 bagel sandwiches. I sat down to wait for my food and then I started to... notice that 3 people behind me got their food but I just assumed they only got bagels, but then 3 more people got their food soI finally got up and asked if my order was ready, they didn?t even have my order So I had to tell them what it was, so I had towait even longer for my food and didn?t even get an apology for them taking so long and not even having my order. Good bagels but terrible service! I won't be back, there are other places that provide better service and still have good food.
Love this place! Yummy bagel sandwiches! I love the turkey and havarti sandwich which i get on an everything bagel! I tried to... make it like they do at home but I cant make it as perfect as they do! Prices are fairly great, great customer service just alittle bit busy but why not its an awesome yummy place to eat! Read more
I have come to this place for some time and I keep thinking, this time they will get it right. For the last 5 times that I have... shown up, I get my order given to others, and wait for my food to be remade or it's made well after others' orders that showedup after me. Today was the last straw. The same thing happened. The lady that placed her order after me got her drink beforemine (that was after I had asked the young lady behind the counter to make my drink while I was waiting in line) and as she gother food well before mine while mine took forever (American Sunrise on a plain bagel) simple order. I always left a $5.00 tip nomatter what, all in hopes of getting better service. Thank you but your place is not worth it to me anymore. You will not get myweekly dollar. Poor service and attitude. Wanted an everything bagel today and stopped in My Favorite Muffin. I gotta say, I'll definitely be back! They not only had... plenty of everything bagels but quite a selection of bagels for everyone's taste. They also have bagel sammies, smoothies and ofcourse muffins. I was surprised by the variety of muffins (they all looked delicious). The bagel was perfectly made with lots offlavor. The workers are all super kind and sweet. The woman who made my bagels (one was with cream cheese and another withbutter and jelly) was thoughtful enough to serve me mine (butter and jelly) in a to go box open faced so my jelly didn't musharound and make more of a mess. I wouldn't have minded either way but absolutely thoughtful of her to think about that.Excellent everything and price was good too. I will absolutely be back, worth checking out! ???? Read more
Please update your hours. I just walked up at 630 with 3 girls working there looking at me and the door was locked. Hours... outside say you open at 6 and they didn't go to unlock the door. Very disappointed since on my way to work there's not manyother options Read more
