So it's been well over 30 years since the last time I stepped foot inside a Sizzler, heck it could be longer than that. Today I... went to dinner at a location in Reno, NV for dinner while waiting for tires to get done on my truck. First thing I noticed was avery dreary decor, like it screams renovation. But there was plenty of seating to choose from. Service here was pleasant andattentive. I can say that I've never had my drinks replaced faster than I did here. As soon as I was finishing one, the next onewas one the table. I ordered steak and unlimited fried shrimp. The food came quick. The steak was on point. There was more thanenough shrimp that I didn't need to ask for more. And the mashed taters I got as a side were done right. I do regret that I didnot get the salad bar, but now that I know this is here, I will be back. Highly recommended ???? Read more
I haven't been here in years (10 or so) and forget it has a great salad bar. However, this place needs a major deep clean and/or... a remodel! Blinds are very old and dirty, along with the carpet. Which is why I know remember why I haven't been back in years. They haven't cleaned in a very long time. I think if they do, it could be a successful place. Read more
Went in for salad bar. It was fabulous as usual 4 different salad types...which is awesome. Clean , fresh fruit and avocados.... Also have taco salad with taco shell bowls and various meats to add in. On this trip there was no pizza or wings...which kind ofwas a bummer because of the price. But I wasn't getting that anyway lol The dessert area had brownies, rice crispy treats,cherry compote and apple brown Betty type dessert plus soft serve and sprinkles and waffle cones. I thought that was prettyincredible. The server was attentive and it wasn't crowded...great experience. Read more

This isn?t regards to customer service (great service as always), but wanted to point out the chicken wings has more burnt layer... and also much smaller than normal. That is 7 chicken wings all together. It was like pealing the skin off shrimp. I?m suresomething changed, this alternative needs to change. Come on Sizzler you can do better. Pleasantly surprised. The bun tasted fresh and the cheeseburger patty had minimal grease. The sweet potato fries were done... waffle style and delicious. The blueberry mint lemonade was refreshing. The employees were very sweet and gracious. Order/seatyourself. Read more
Out in the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and we needed to eat lunch. I remembered that Sizzler was across the street... from the bank, and decided that would be our stop. Great price for the salad bar lunch with my daughter and 2yr oldgranddaughter. Had something for everyone, quiet atmosphere and facilities. Definitely glad we stopped in, that was a perfectstop. Used to love Sizzler. Still like it, but the love is gone. Seems like the steaks are consistently overcooked. I had the AYCE... shrimp and was given one refill. One. Waited 30 minutes and never seen our server come close again. Atmosphere was good, cleandining area, fully stocked salad bar...just slow service and non juicy steaks. Read more
