Whenever I go and park I end up pressing the button to order 2 or more time, most time I back out and have to use the drive... thro. The last 3 that we have gone there, they have charged me for the order that we have placed, and have turned around andgave me orders that would of cost less. We will not be going back to this one. This is the worst Sonic out of every single one I've been to, throughout Nevada. Why you ask? It's simple. If you do anything... besides wait in the long drive thru line, you'll wait even longer for them to deliver to your car. We're not talking ten extraminutes, the latest was 28 minutes after ordering 6 drinks, and the last time was an hour for 5 drinks. They always have anexcuse for why your food or drink sits and gets either warm or cold, but never address the fact whatever gets made sits there onthe counter until you push the button and ask them to bring it to you. I ordered from this location thru Grubhub! The store cancelled my order over an hour after I placed my order! It?s 8:15pm now... and they don?t close until 10pm! This location is trash and so are the ?managers? running it! Either get better employees orshut this location down! Read more

Got to sonic at 9:40pm and there was 2 cars ahead of us, we were waiting for 20 minutes and they took the car infront of us... order than when they got to us the said we?re done with a attitude n it just turned 10pm yet online they state Friday -Saturdaysays there open till 11pm so idk who keeps changing there time but they always say they fixed it and there clearly don?t it?snot right. On top of everything there very unprofessional and have little kids that work in there that clearly don?t want towork there shift or mess around hence why it took more than 20 minutes to take 2 orders Read more

I suspect this location is having trouble getting enough dedicated employees. It's been taking longer each visit so I stop-in... less often. This particular visit I finally left after half-hour wait with no order taken. What happened was I flagged down acar-hop after the first fifteen minutes who said they were busy and would get to me. So gave another 15 minutes then drive toanother nearby restaurant I like. Their food is generally good but recently it's been spotty. Sometime its not warm enough, ormilk shake flavors are not fully mixed, things like that. Read more

Not bad when I can actually use the mobile app (rarely and I can't get the happy hour discount via self ordering) or when the... stalls are actually open. When I see staff not hanging out in the parking lot talking to their friends, staffing shortages mightbe considered a problem. Last time I went, 9/13/22, I, and other cars behind me, we're being peered upon by staff inside,instead of completing orders. Read more

Absolute horrible experience at this location. People with trailers beware! My boyfriend and I pulled up to order food at Sonic... with a trailer connected and were ignored until I called Sonic. Finally after standing in 90+ degree temperature a girl withdark brown hair wearing dark blue comes out and says that our vehicle wasn't on their sensor and she couldn't take our order.She also stated that "it's called a drive-thru." She was very rude, ill-mannered and unprofessional. Instead of her just sayingto pull up so we can take your order she argued with us for about 10 minutes about how drive-thrus work in 90+ degree weather.She also chose to ignore my boyfriend when he asked for her name. When we finally pulled up to place an order at the windowGabriel decided to take it upon himself to ask what happened after we asked him for her name and he refused. We explained toGabriel what happened and he stated " I thought she was being very polite about it." Gabriel didn't go outside to witness ourencounter with her so he was also unprofessional. I called Sonic after all this drama and spoke to Amber the manager. Not onlywas she not helpful but she also couldn't explain why employees do not have to give out their names but yet it is on thereceipts. Amber also wasn't listening to me and kept asking me to explain the situation. This location has poor management and Ihighly recommend a different location. Consistently slow. Have been here a few times in recent months and always take 25-40 minutes to receive my order even when... there?s only 3-4 others here. I would understand if it was slammed busy but this has happened multiple times while not beingbusy. If I could give .5 stars I would Read more
