New thing.. apparently when you ask for no ice they will only fill your $7 drink 1/2 full. I?m a big fan of Starbucks.. come... here probably more than I should. I get the same drink every time from every location for years! Today was a surprise. Thislocation suddenly refuses to add milk to the top when you ask for no ice. With no warning of this new policy, they gave me ahalf full cup. I can get past the lack of milk, if that?s the new policy, whatever. My review is mainly on Kelsey! She wasunbelievable rude when explaining this to me.. On top of her disrespect, she was going to charge me more than my $7 to fill mycup with milk. A simple, ?sorry for the inconvenience, let me fill that, but for future visits, this will be the case? wouldhave sufficed.. but nope she was going to die on the hill of refusing to fill my drink. Even if Kelsey was having a bad day, sheshould not be allowed to talk to a customer the way she did. Read more
The SLOWEST Starbucks everrrr??. Took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru and I spent the last 2 minutes staring at my... drink because there was nobody standing at the window to give it to me. Not going here anymore. Read more
Honestly a drab at best. Coffee always tastes off. Chai taste like rotten watered down milk. This location in particular just... can't seem to get orders or drinks correct. ( Former Starbucks employee, but not from this location.) Read more
I am not a coffee drinker but I was picking up something for my husband and it was fast and easy.
My drink was made the way I asked. Customer service was great! Also the drink thru was pretty fast. I would definitely... recommend! I will be returning tomorrow, and any other time that I'm in the area (unsure of when that will be bc I'm fromIndiana & just visiting family). 5 out of 5 stars! Read more
If I would have noticed how dirty this place is I would have never ordered anything. 4 Employees all young. Counters covered... with empty 7 blenders sitting around some with liquids. Counters covered with dirt. Floors looked like never been cleaned ever.My guess this is all they could find to work. Read more
I usually order a Pike Place when at Starbucks. This location seems to have a way of making coffee lukewarm at best. I gave them... many opportunities in the last two years to improve but they haven?t. Today I buy hot chocolate for the kids which tasted prettybad. Mine was half full and filled the rest of the way up with whip cream. Moving forward this location will not be an option. Read more
