Absolutely the worst!!! Machines have supposedly been broken for 8+ months on 4-5 different visits, each time assuming ?they... must be fixed by now, right?? Nope, still broken. How do you even keep a business open when it?s operated like this? Such ashame too as it?s at the bottom of the hill from where we live & we?d probably go there 1-2x/week if it wasn?t such adisappointing experience for the last 8+ months. Got sick from eating here first thing in the morning the other day. Management says it's an employee problem, employees say it's... a management problem, just avoid it in general and you can avoid ANY problems. Maybe they'll get better. I know I'm done forgood, though. If you knew how disgusting these places were you would never go there again. Read more
The customer service was good, so if that's why you're going out for froyo, this is the place for you. On the other hand, if you... want options- call ahead. About half the machines were out of order. Some might wonder if lack of cleanliness caused so manymachines to be down at once, I didn't allow myself to think like that. Read more
Today was our first and last attempt to try Seeet Frog. My family showed up at 12:20 pm on a Saturday afternoon. On the door the... hours clearly stated it opened at noon. However, the doors were locked. There was a worker at the register. She waved us awayand mouthed they weren?t open. Whatever the reason may be, she should have at least opened the door to say if it was going to bea few minutes and they were running minutes behind or if they weren?t opening at all. We are now going to Yogurt Beach and willcontinue to go there. A little decency and effort could have gone a long way here. Unimpressed by the service. Read more
