By far one of the best fast food joints I have been to in a long time. Had exceptional service from a lady Selena at the front... whom took the time while my 4yr old was trying to explain what he wanted. We were here around noon and even though they werebusy, inside and out they got us our amazing food within 10 minutes of ordering. We will definitely be back! Read more
If you've never had a Habit burger, then you are seriously missing out my friend! I can't tell you how many times my husband and... I have turned our friends and associates on to "The Habit". This hamburger joint originated in Santa Barbara, California in1969. If you are from California and have not had one of these burgers. Then either you don't get out much, or you're avegetarian. This burger is definitely at the top ranking of fast food burgers- equal to In 'n' Out. But The Habit does theirs abit different. Which gives it that distinct, cut above the rest taste. They also make a great sweet potato fry! Everything isfresh, and cooked to order. There are two locations here in Reno - one in Circus Circus, and the other in Sparks. Haven't beento the one downtown in a while, but the one in Sparks has great customer service. And even when they're really busy, you're notgoing to wait too long for your food. My first time here. The menu was confusing but the young lady working the counter was patient and very helpful. Decided on the... BBQ Char Burger and fries and onion rings. I took the food to go as I had a martini waiting for me. Great Food and GREATcustomer service. Will definitely be back. Read more

Review: Had the double char for lunch & it was as good. Just as you?d expect. They did a pretty goodjob with TAT as it was lunch after all. My only gripe is that they have a large dispenser for ketchup but not mustard so I hadto use quite a few of those little packets for my fries. Even still, I?d definitely come back. Read more
They served us raw chicken and under cooked hamburgers. This is disgusting and I was not able to get ahold of the store manager... to inform them of the issue. Instead I was routed to a processing phone line and they where useless. We will NOT be eating hereany time soon Read more

Greeted with a warm genuine smile from the staff. They answered all the questions we had about the menu. Made sure we were aware... of the upcharge for doing sweet potato fries instead of regular fries. Let us know the buzzer would go off when food was ready.No more than a 10 min wait after placing order. Made sure we had ranch and everything else we needed to enjoy our meal. Read more
