I like this Wendy's right now. It was great for a long time then lagged, but it has come back. All the people are nice, and... communicate clearly. And the food is back. The new cooks are on their game. Only thing keeping it from a 5 is remember toexclude lettuce, it always seems wilted and sometimes discolored. Everything else is great. Read more
Myself I had a chicken sandwich, minimal amount of lettuce and tomato slice, but it had a nice flavor to the sandwich. My... husband had the burger with the pretzel bun he thought the bun was very dry. Employees were very pleasant. I will try themagain to see how it goes. Read more
Only ate here twice. First time the food was excellent, though I had to constantly repeat myself to the staff (dont listen too... good). Second time they closed the dining room due to short staffing, and then the drivethru was slow. Understandable. But theyalso messed up my order (gave me a nasty cheeseburger instead of a chicken sandwich). Be slow or goof up my order... not both.My drink was watered down when I finnally got it from all the melted ice as it sat, while I sat, waiting in the drivethru afterI ordered. Place is hit or miss. "stuff" together a lot more than Night. Tonight Iwent into the Drive-Thru after a 3-hour class after work, asked for the Bourbon Bacon Burger Meal with Medium Fry and Coke.Never had to check what I got before, should've done so tonight as I paid for what I ordered, but instead received one of thecheaper Dave's Burgers with a Small Fry and Medium Drink. This is Strike Two for basically paying more than what I got yetdidn't order, and couldn't call a working number to ask for a refund. Will be driving by tomorrow to address the issues. Read more
Went there tonight and all the kids that were working were behaving so childishly. It took more then 10 minutes at the window to... receive a very small order. There were about 6 kids all sitting around laughing and acting like they could care less about thefact that they were working or had a customer at their window. I understand that I was in Wendy?s drive through but I?m a payingcustomer and don?t want to feel like I?m being laughed at for some reason. I will not be revisiting this location ever. Read more
I have been here twice since they have opened, and I am not impressed. I was hoping the first time that it was just that it was... a new restaurant. But I went there today and was equally disappointed. They have a sign out front that says "Breakfast", butat 10:45 AM they had no breakfast items on the menu. I guess you can eat a burger for breakfast!?! It has been incredibly slowboth times I have been there. I mean 15-20 minutes in the drive through for a couple of burgers and fries. And the fries werecold and soggy (at 11:00 AM). I was really hoping this would be good, because there are not a lot of fast food choices onVista. I guess it's back to Del Taco! Read more
