Expensive long wait and I like domino's wings better. Very few options for people who dont do spicy.
Ordered a 10pc. meal for work lunch at 1pm. Only to discover that all my chicken both flavors were soo overcooked it was like... hard chicken jerky. Not even edible. We have been to this location twice. Both times we were not given the correct order and underserved, and nothing was done to... correct the situation. When speaking to the manager, she said ?okay thanks for letting me know? but nothing was done about it.Also the wings were very over cooked and dry. If I could give a zero I would. Ordered online for pick up. Placed an order for 10 traditional wings with the Lemon Hot flavor that?s in for limited time only... and let me tell you! Fantastic and delicious!! Ordered a single order of fries online and it said they wouldn't be ready for 45 minutes. I was already on my way to this... location when the order was placed and didn't really have anywhere to go to kill some time so figured I'd try to see if I couldget my order any earlier. About 15 minutes after the order was placed I arrived and asked how accurate the order times were. Thegirl at the counter said it was pretty accurate and they were very busy but asked what I ordered and when I told her it was justsome fries and ranch she went in the back, and came out a minute later with my order, much to my surprise and pleasure. Superpleased with the customer service and the fries were tasty as always. This is probably my favourite Wingstop in the area, Inever have any issues when I come here. 10/10 would recommend. Boycotting this location until MARIA ?the manager? is FIRED. Worst manager I?ve ever had the privilege of dealing with. She has... no customer service skills and is extremely RUDE. She must have a god-like complex because she literally does what she wants.She will cancel your order simply because she doesn?t want to fill it. She regularly closes an hour early for no reason. Shameon her and shame on wingstop for letting such a lazy, horrible, miserable human manage this business. FIRE MARIA!!!! Iguarantee you that your reviews and customer base would grow so much if she was gone. You are losing money and loyalty.
