New Athens Casey's is my favorite place, Wonderful staff.
They have a bad habit of pulling pizzas out WAY too early. Especially if you come in to get it and it isnt finished yet, they... seem to think that means they must pull it out immediately and serve it as is. If I come in to get my order and it still isntcompletely done, I do not mind waiting a bit longer. Dont give me an undercooked pizza with nearly raw dough just because you'reafraid you arent working fast enough. I'd prefer a well done pizza over one that has the consistency as if it was microwaved. Read more
Convenient, awesome, and easy on the wallet... I love Casey's Store and their workers. They make sure they wait on me with a smile and there's hardly ever a long line because... they always have 2 cashier's working. The employees and manager are great they are very professional and kind. They take pride in their customers and I absolutely... love that. I will drive clear across town just to go to Casey?s they give a warm welcome when you walk in And are not rude . Theteam there is awesome! Read more
I love Casey's pizza although I will never order another one from Sparta Caseys. I am not downing all Casey's, but I have to... tell you that I had two bad experiences at the Sparta location. The first one, I just bit the bullet and threw the pizza away. Icould have put it in the oven and baked it myself, but I shouldn't have to do that, it wasn't done. Doughy and stuck to thebox.I thought something was up when I saw the lady who was making the pizzas, poking her finger in it trying to feel if it washot. She was having trouble cutting it because the dough was still wet.The second one that I ordered was a large supreme withextra cheese and mushrooms. When I got it home it was a thin pepperoni pizza. I took it back and was nice and let them know thatthis is not the pizza that I ordered. Danielle, and the young lady that made it ,tried to convince me that the pepperoni pizzathat laid before us, was a supreme. They didn't try to make it right and they wasn't going to refund my money until I told themto call the police because I am not paying for this. They finally gave my money back. All I wanted is what I paid for. They werevery disrespectful and giggling. I will never step foot in Sparta Illinois Casey's again because I tried to call the manager,Nicholas Murray. He said that he would look into it, but the kids are still running wild when he's not there. It's a loss, and I am sorry for the honest people who work there. Read more
Love the cinnamon rolls. Ample size handicapped accessible restroom. Don't set still too long or light will go off.
I was upset about not being asked about my Casey's points at this store and the next day at Murphysboro...and lost my points. I... did get ahold of corporate and let them know how wrong it was spending 30 to 40 dollars...anyway. hopefully I will be watchingclosely...and right now hasn't happened again.
