Good pizza, always seems to taste better in the restaurant. I do wish the salid bar was open. Great service.
I had not ordered a pizza I'm who knows how long for ourselves. Yet I was in the area and running some errands and thought why... not. I looked it up online for the sizes to make sure it would be big enough. The website clearly says that large pizza is 10to 12 slices so that's what I ordered. I get the pizza and it's 8 slices. I go back in I ask is this a large, she says yes. Isaid no offense but I looked it up and you advertise 10 to 12 slices Ina large pizza and I paid $23.00 for a pizza . She says Idon't know what to tell you in a condescending tone. Forget the fact that I have been in the industry and own my own restaurantbut then to respond in the manner I was responded to there is absolutely no way I will ever even consider getting another pizzafrom Pizza Hut. That also means the 30 something pizzas that I buy for our crew three to four times a year with the SecurityCompany I own also. Read more
I live a long ways away and couldn't be w my dad for Father's Day a couple years ago so I called and asked you to deliver his... favorite pie to him with a note inside. He was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was doughy on the bottom under the toppings and not the way I ordered it. I ordered a half cheese half three topping... pizza and all the toppings came on the whole pizza leaving my step daughter nothing to eat for dinner. When I called therestaurant to let them know my order was wrong they said that was the way it transmitted from your app. I know when I submittedit, it said three toppings on right side only. I double checked and triple checked because my daughter only eats cheese pizza. The wings were good. Read more
The service has been great every time I've gone and the dining room is nice.
The pizza I received was completely obliterated upon arrival. A picture of the pizza has been uploaded to the ?Photos? section.... It has been untampered with, not dropped, etc. The photo was taken immediately after opening the box. I chose to give this twostars because I was given the option to receive a refund or remake.
