I've resigned to the fact that I can't order a chai latte at this store. ????Ordered an iced chai tea latte, got hot tea with... milk. Ordered again today, got just coffe with cinnamon, no chai. Its either wrong or doesn't taste right, this has been thecase for over a year. I just keep hoping they'll get it right. I dont have this issue at other stores, latte is consistenteverywhere else. The food is good - when made right. Ordered a bacon & egg bragel. Got home to realize they forgot the egg onthe sandwich. It's been getting more & more consistent that something is wrong with my order. Staff has been noticeably lessfriendly over the past few months too. I keep hoping my order will be what I want but am repeatedly disappointed. Will beavoiding this location for awhile. Read more
Worst customer service I have ever received, through our sandwiches together and didn?t even heat them up the cheese and the egg... was cold made us put our own cream cheese on the bagels and argued with us when we called and tried to talk to a manager. Theabsolute worst conversation I?ve ever had with someone on the phone, she wouldn?t even give me her name and told me it?s arelevant. Read more
I do NOT recommend this place. I was charged almost $15 for a large teddy bear latte and a hot tea. When I asked at the window... if the total was correct I was told yes. I spent $18 at another store the day before for the same drinks PLUS two muffins. I wasnot provided a receipt. I was not charged accurately. I could get those two drinks for less at a Starbucks reserve in downtownchicago. Read more
My order is messed up more than half time unfortunately it?s the only Biggby between my house and work. Our Frozen drinks were not made properly again... they were thin like milk with chunks of ice, not creamy. A $14.00... disappointment. It would be nice if the biggby's were consistently good. 1 out of 5 times the drink is made right. Not goododds. ???? Read more
always go here because it?s close to home and i understand working early sucks, but this was a whole new level of rude. i... ordered two drinks, and two sandwiches. i always try to be positive but this girl had an attitude right off the bat. once ileave, my sandwiches had the wrong bagels (they were switched) i didn?t mind at first until i went to switch them back(accidents happen) but there was a piece of turkey on the sausage which meant they literally switched the bagels just because.it?s really disappointing. Ordered 2 lg frozen coffees. Sat in line behind 4 cars and it took 21 mins to get order. Then it took another 23 mins to get to... window to pick up order. This was at 1:30-1:45. Drinks good but timely service was not. Unacceptable service. Will not go hereagain (Sparta). Read more
