Could've given 5 starts but two employees took away from perfection. Tell them to smile and say"hi" or "how may I help... you?". This week, each time I've walked in those two employees will NOT take my money, or order or even a nod. It's happenedin numerous occasions. Only reason why I'm even leaving a review. Teach them customer service skills and I really don't wantto hear them making Starbucks the fault of their error in pricing. Read more

Usually when we go here they follow directions about allergies...this time they didnt and now my daughter is paying for it. Her... tongue is all sores and her throat. Throat is raw..she specifically told them this afternoon when we went there that she had tohave coconut milk not reg milk. She is allergic big time .. usually not a problem. She assumed they did what she asked but a fewsips in she knew she was in trouble. Now she will pay for it for days. They didnt mark cup and didnt use coconut milk.. PLEASElisten to your customers!!!
