I go to this location often, mainly because Sparta drive thru options are lacking. For the most part, I don?t have any big... issues with the location. Some of the things I?ve noticed over the years I?ve lived here is that the drive thru workers oftenask for a tip, which is just odd to me. I?m not sure if this is normal for all subway locations. There have been times I havegiven a tip and regretted it due to some part of my order being messed up (chips forgotten, no sauce, bread not being cut,etc). Recently I?ve had two separate occasions where I?ve picked up a steak and cheese sandwich that was really small. For theprice of the sub it?s a bit ridiculous to get very little steak and for the sub to be the size of a child?s wrist. This is a very nice subway, always clean, never too busy, workers are friendly and efficient and drive through is quick. The... only problem I have now is that they no longer carry the sweet onion sauce! But that's every subway now. The only have sweetonion teriyaki, which is just not the same! Read more
Tip of the day, walking in is faster than drive through. Prices will continue to go up, so if your not wanting to spend $10 +... for a meal, go elsewhere. My experience with drive through is that it takes longer - I was giving the person at the drivethrough my order, while a guy behind me went in. He left with 2 subs before my order of 1 sub was done. Went here for lunch. Ordered a 6? Italian BMT and was charged $15 for a meal. Questioned the price and was told it was accurate.... Yet person behind me ordered a 6? meal and her price was $12. Put my order in online and total was $11. Overcharged me $4 evenwhen I questioned them. Won?t be returning since you can?t be honest. Read more
