Huge fans of Bubbakoos! We love the Tex-Mex buffet style. Servers are very generous with portions. The only reason they did... not get 5 stars is I wish they would address the customer seating area and floors more frequently. Nasty, rude and unprofessional employees... Avoid this dump! I went with my cousin website shows it closes at 10, we get there... like 920 and the place isn't open. We try to ask the employees if the website is wrong, these rude @$$ clowns ignore us and actlike nobody is there. Great freaking customer service there, but normally they expect you to tip for literally being a fast foodworker. Read more

The people who work here always have been friendly and kind. Always say hello when you walk in. I ordered online and when I got... home they forgot to put chicken on my Chiwawa. I got a survey I complained and in an hour I got a response of an apology and anice coupon for my next time I go. Things do happen and people make mistakes but customer service was great on making it rightfor me. I really enjoy their food . But Bubbakoos is worth a try. Read more

Service was excellent, prices ok but taco salad was not great. Dry...even with all the topping it was really dry and rice was... way too sticky. Rest of family liked their items but they got all the upcharged things like sour cream, guacamole, and queso. I wasn't into paying like $6 more for all that. Brought home and dressed it up. Read more
