Love the burgers they taste like they came off the grill.
We usually enjoy Burger King! On this day we had some issues. First of all, let me say, that the staff was kind, attentive and... professional. That's always a big positive. We ate inside and it was uncomfortably warm/hot; there didn't seem to be anyair-conditioning. Thankfully the hamburgers were good, but the french fries were not even a little bit warm. The $25+ we paidfor 3 meals was too much under these circumstances. We'll try again some other day and hope for a better outcome. Read more

To be upfront, I rarely eat fast food, so this rating is based on my experiences with fast food. I ordered the Family Meal (had... a coupon for 3 Whoppers, 3 Cheeseburgers, 3 Fries, for $12.99 + tax). I ordered no mayo on the Whoppers and added cheese whenasked. I ordered no ketchup on the cheeseburgers, with no pickles on 1 & extra pickles on the other 2. I ordered 2 fries and 1onion rings. The total was $15 +. The person taking my order was very courteous and patient, and made sure to repeat my orderto get it right. She was very cooperative about moving the credit card machine so I could see my card at all times (had IdentityTheft 3 times since August 2021, so I don't let my card out of my sight). The night manager assisted, since the machine wouldnot reach the window. Before giving my order to me, they asked if I wanted the Spicy Sauce for the onion rings. I didn't knowwhat that was, but am glad I decided to try it. If you get the chance, try it for yourself! If it's not already on a burger, itdefinitely needs to be! It's THAT good. I also asked for extra napkins, ketchup (for the fries), & some mayo packets (to put onthe burgers myself). They were all given with a smile. Now to how the order was: All of the burgers were correct. That was afirst, in my fast food experience. Each one was what was ordered. The only complaint was that the bun on the cheeseburger withno pickles was burnt. It wasn't so bad that it was inedible, but it was definitely black and had a burnt smell and taste. Also,the Whoppers could've had more lettuce on them. There were a few little pieces on each one. The onion rings were good,especially for fast food (and definitely with the Spicy Sauce). The container was full, and some onion rings actually spilledover into the bag. The French Fries were, well they Burger King's French Fries. Your typical Burger King neither good or bad. Workers are awesome, polite and funny. Service is great and yet again under... staffed but not using it as a reason to lay back. It's dine in. Oh yeah, I hate the drink machine. What happened to simple? Read more
We stopped at this Burger King the past two Saturdays. It was our only option for fast food on our way home after we left... football. Both times the service was unprofessional. The burgers where nasty, cold, and so cold the cheese looked like it wasjust slapped on out of the refrigerator. The burgers where also half stale. The French fries where cold and also stale. Infactyesterday we where pulled, and had to wait on our food. They said because they where cooking our fries. Yet, when we got ourfood. It was still cold, stale fries they supposedly just cooked. Honestly couldn't have been much worse... specifically asked for NO cheese and made it very clear. I got cheese. My bacon burger... had no bacon. My chicken fries were cold and they gave me no sauce when i asked for 2 different sauces. Rude service at thewindow. When in the drive thru, i got asked "is that all yet?" Never been so disappointed in a BK. Did not get a receipt with myorder and on top of everything, i called to complain and nobody answered the phone. Read more
