stopped for a quick lunch. Fast and the meatball sub was very good.
Was okay. Thought the new steak sweet onion teriyaki would have been heated like the chicken if you didn't want it toasted but... it wasn't. They were out of sweet tea but did offer to make some but an off duty employee that was there eating actually endedup making the tea for us because we were waiting and the working staff didn't come out from the back and none of them let usknow it was actually ready. Thanks to our grandson we rediscovered Subway a year or so ago, and yippee ki-yay the food is delicious! We love it as a healthy... alternative to drive-thru burgers & fries. The Subway melt on Italian herb & cheese bread with provolone cheese is my personalfavorite; it's so tasty topped with bell peppers, cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes and ranch dressing (instead of mayo). Terrifyingly slow. Ended up waiting maybe 30 minutes for them to make 4 subs for the people before me. Which I mind you going... in as a diabetic with dropping blood sugar this was horrifying worrying, thought I would fall into a hyperglycemic come on thefloor . I have called for several days trying to place an order from subway in Sparta NC. I was the manager of this store for yrs. If I... were to be the acting manager right now I would fire everyone on the staff. They NEVER answer the phone.. they are rude, theyare slow, when you go by they are never doing anything, I called for over an HR today back to back til finally someone answeredright at 8:30 and said we close at 8 now. They have never closed that early so I looked on the website and it says they close at9:30 everyday but Sunday and at 9 on that day. This says it was updated by the business owner 2 weeks ago. If they changed therehrs to 8pm or were even thinking of doing so... Why would the owner/management update there business website with the wronginfo? ???????????? So not pleased! Ticked off for the last time. Calling home office with a complaint and WILL NOT be spending $at this business til they can get some help in there that's worthy of respect!!!! Read more
Worst experience I've ever had in a subway! The manager ran us off after it took 30 minutes to get our food, at closing time. ... I've never felt like such a burden in a restaurant. They were going to lock us in the store but we took the rest to go andleft. Never going back! I'd give 0 stars if it would let me. Read more
