So sick of this place. They make their own hours, open and close when they please. Open and close the lobby when they please.... Every single order I?ve gotten something if not multiple things are wrong. Tammie is very rude over their mistakes. Ok for starts I have been going to this McDonalds for years now a few times a week each week and over that time I have a simple... mistakes happen. But for the last year it seem like every other time I go it?s something. Tonight I went ordered a VERY SIMPLEorder 4 McDoubles, 1 Medium fry and 2 small fry, I glanced over it when they handed it out. Got home only to realize my mediumfry isn?t in there. Ok can y?all not count 4 burgers 3 fries??!?! Simple if they was paying attention. I?m to the point of beingdone with this place at least the other restaurants can get my order right. I use my mobile app every morning at 4 a.m only to go to pick it up and they are NEVER open at 4 like the app says they are... supposed to be. There are employees in the building and they won?t even have the curtesy to tell you they are running late. Justleave you sitting there. This morning I did get someone to tell me they wasn?t opening until around 5 and the lights are offoutside!!! Really?? I had two mobile orders from my workplace. BS!! Change your hours!!! Read more
Ordered 2 blue raspberry slushies and ended up getting 1 blue raspberry and 1 cherry so I had to go back to change. Also ordered... 3 bacon double quarter pounders and none of the 3 had bacon on it. What a bad service I pay extra for bacon bad news is I drovehome when I notice sow it wasn?t worth the money to drive back. Food is ok it?s just McDonald?s but it?s rather the lady who brought me my food during curbside. I got a iced coffee with like a... lot and I mean a lot of add ons. I knew what I ordered, I know I ordered a lot of add ons. I?ve had COVID three times and all mysenses of smell and taste are gone except the hints of sweet. I order my drinks very sweet so I can at least have something totaste. I?m just posting this to give some insight. The lady came out saying she wanted to explain that my coffee had barely anyin it due to add ons. She could have stopped there but instead she?s adds on ?just letting you know it?s gonna taste bad? shesaid that phrase to me like twice three times. To every time I just said ?ok thank you? like I understand that maybe someonewould have came back complaining but most the time people add things they know they?ll like. Very good chicken and bun, but why did i only get 1 1/2 pickles instead of 3 or more... 5/10
I don't normally leave bad reviews but at this point it's getting ridiculous. I just left and out of my four very simple... sandwiches they got ONE right. I understand a mix up every once in a while but when it's every other time and when we were theonly customer there so it wasn't because they were slammed and overwhelmed. Didn't go inside until my drive thru order wasn't correct. As always they want 2 blame us that we didn't order it right but we... did, & the young girl that took our order was very rude she needed 2 check her attitude bad.
