Ordered vegetable bowl and cheese bread sticks. Everything tasted good but the bowl looked nothing like advertised, there was... only about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of ingredients in the bowl, not even half full. There was only one employee working as the other onedidn't show up. He was doing the best he could to keep up with orders at lunch but it took over an hour even after calling itin. Read more
Daughter went to get our order and didn't know till she got back home that it wasn't all there. It apparently got separated. I... called to inquire and was on hold for 10 min, then they picked up and hung up right away. THEN when she got home with the restof the order, the Parm crusted papadia didn't have any parm crust that I paid extra for. They have messed up my order more timesthan not. Domino's is looking good. The Philly cheese steak pizza had meat on only about three slices. Also ordered a chicken and spinach pizza and there was no... spinach at all on it. I take the pizza back and show them how messed up it was. They made me stand there for a long time waitingfor my refund and had the audacity to try to keep the tip! The employee decided to yell at me when I told her the pizzas wereunacceptable. Telling me to get out of "her" store. I wasn't about to leave before I got my refund of course. She got in frontof the register and prevented the manager from giving me my money back. She also told him to stop talking when he was speakingto me to attempt to diffuse the situation. Once I had my money that same manager flipped out and came from behind the countercoming towards me yelling and screaming at me. I thought he was going to attack me! It's not my fault I had a legitimatecomplaint. They need to learn how to make pizza correctly so they can stop getting all these complaints. Read more
This is a excellent restaurant to get a good pizza. To those complaining they had to wait for there food well it does take time... to cook a good pizza and some places get busier than normal. Also order that sum a gun in the phone. This curb side and appordering I have found in my experience was good only when covid was bad. Thanks for the great pizza! Read more
Pretty good for chain pizza. Only ever dealt with the evening shift, but they are very chill folks. Quick turnaround as well.... Everyone on shift deserves a hefty raise, especially the lady on the register. Read more
Delicious and fast. Pizza only took around 20 minutes and the stuffed crust is better than PH. The staff is very friendly and... the prices are good too. Parking is a bit of a pain, but worth it. Read more
I ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza on 12/30 and it was literally the worst 15 dollars I ever spent. It had no cheese, sauce or... toppings on 2 slices.(see Pic) There was a total of 3 small pieces of chicken on the rest.The dough was undercooked. Tomatoesmostly in one area. I know they are new but there is absolutely no reason for a pizza to be made this bad. I haven't eaten atPoppa John's in a while and this happens. Also was told on the phone it was 12 dollars and ended up being over 15. I saw oneperson wearing a mask(under his nose) and that was it. The staff seemed nice enough and I even left a tip.(mistake on my part) Iam surely disappointed and not sure if I'll even give them another chance in the future.Iended up throwing most of it of it awaybecause it was so bad.Hopefully they'll get it right for future customers.I called and was told a manager was not available so Ileft my number and of course no return call. Bread sticks were the only highlight to the meal, pizza was bland thrown together, I've had better pizza from a gas station.... They stared off being pretty good then quality went way down hill. Only reason for 2 stars is because the employees were apleasure to talk to, at least "front of house". Read more
