Best sonic BY FAR! Food is fresh, service is so nice and usually items are made properly!
I'm not sure how to begin this, not counting it took awhile for them to even take order and within 5 mins my food was being... delivered not to mention it wasnt all thay hot either.... .A few nights ago I was eating in my car, got to the last couple ofbites and boom theres a hair(BLACK HAIR) remind you I DONT HAVE BLACK HAIR!!! So I press the button and ask for a manager. Thisguy walks to my car, more or less laughs and tells me it's my hair it was 10 inches long! NO DUDE IT WASNT MY HAIR! Instead ofhim fixing the situation, (HE STILL LAUGHING) he drops this hair, (STILL LAUGHING) he still says it was my hair cause its 10inlong and they dont have anyone with long hair cooking! Well I dgaf long short round or square THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURGER,PERIOD!! When I say a hair it was in the meat between the bread and with all the fixings!!! I pressed the button to tell themand I get laughed at!!! SONIC YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE RUNNING YOUR CHAIN TO ACT LIKE A MANAGER, IF THATSWHAT HE WAS!!! Took an hour to get our food?.they gave it to someone else then gave us the wrong food wrong sizes and offered no refund or 50%... off for waiting a HOUR For 4 things?.and then proceeds to tell us that we have already gotten our food and that we are trying toget more free food. But In reality we didn?t get our food we even did a online order to get it quicker. Manager need to work oncustomer service bc an hour for fast food is ridiculous when I know for a fact they have a 4 min time window to get it out thedoor. All the food was very greasy. The popcorn chicken was very small, it had on tender sized piece on the top.
Terrible. When visiting family, we always make a point to stop at the Sonic in Sparta. Tonight was awful. Out of 5 burgers, 3... had wrong condiments even though the stickers were correct. Burgers were COLD and bun was falling apart. We couldn't eat threeof the burgers. After spending $48, very disappointed. Read more
