I have never had an issue with food from this location but the last two times we have had issues. This time my wife ordered a... Chicken Sandwich basket with fries and a root beer float. They miss heard and heard only a root beer. Once at the window shetried to correct and was told they could not fix it, she tried to order a scoop of ice cream and was told she couldn't buy ascoop of ice cream. We ended up having to buy an additional root beer float, which contained ice cubes. I believe it would helpif you guys trained the employees better. Again we've never had an issue until the school year started. Also my daughter did notreceive her milk with her meal. Read more

Ate there this evening ~ As always, can't go wrong with their fish sandwiches/fries! I await to try their "burgers" but will... definitely (per experience) order the biggest one they have. Custard can't be beaten! Excellent service, the young people work"hard", so customers "please clean up after yourselves - set an example for your kids"! ordered a concrete mixer and a two scoop Sundae. We waited 15 minutes and watched 4 orders for food come out in the drive thru.... We took our number inside to get our order. it was just sitting there. My mixer was not thick anymore it was more like a thinshake. the sundae was also melted. they were more worried about the food orders than the ones sitting there waiting to go out. Read more

My first time at a Culver's ever. Got a double butter burger and it was everything I needed it to be. Service was great! They... bring the food right to you table. Culver's used to be a lot better. Tonight we waited for 15 min for a strawberry shake and caramel peanut butter mixer. After... watching the 4 cars behind us get their food and ice cream and leave, I asked the young man for a status on ours. He said theywere running behind. Another few minutes and we did get ours, but mine was missing the caramel. What happened to if you onlyordered custard you waited at the window and to get it before leaving? Now, it is not going to be on the list to go to for icecream. Did management change there? Read more
