Stopped on more or less a whim on the way to Iowa, I ordered the country fried steak and the wife had pancakes and eggs (my... order also came with eggs, potatoes and toast). Excellent food, came out quickly but still tasted fresh made. Friendly waitstaff. Pricing was fair also. Great stop if you passing through or if you?re here to stay. Read more

This small restaurant is exactly what I wanted today. Nice hometown vibe with good food. The wait staff were very friendly.... Clean & not expensive. I had deep fried mushrooms then a Reuben & chili. For dessert I had a slice of strawberry/rhubarb pie. Itwas all just perfectly tasty. Read more
