Today was just a shorter motorcycle run for coffee with the guys in Sparta which has a very nice McDonald's. It's been remodeled... in the last couple of years and is very roomy, clean and comfortable inside. They take good care of their customers and theyhave a large ample parking lot. Seating is good and it looks very open to handicapped accessibility. I think they're doing agreat job.. Read more
Probably the worst fries I've ever gotten served at any McDonald's last night. Cold, dry, and crunchy (not in a good way). Also... the McChicken sandwiches were not great and no napkins in my drive through bag. Read more
Horrible customer service, we ordered on the self-serve kiosk. We waited 20 minutes for food and while most of it was hot. The... manager put our food on the counter and never said a word to me?! I asked for cups, she pointed. Then I asked for ketchup shehanded it to me and still nothing. Not a thank you, screw you nothing?! Tell me what kind of customer service that is? Only car and drive-through and have to wait 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Had to listen to the girl... screaming about Not seen her boyfriend in a year to another Coworker while I sat outside the 1st window.Got there exactly at10:30 and asked for a breakfast biscuit and was told we don't serve breakfast at 10:30. Absolutely rude as all h***. They needto hire more grown-ups and pay them better to keep them because these kids are ruining this place! Read more
Just went to McDonald's at the Sparta, Wi location. This is how we received a big Mac. The top bun was in the middle of the... sandwich. Only received one order of French fries when two meals were ordered. As usual, the food was dry and barely warm. I canget better food at Culver's, Arby's and BK for about the same price if not cheaper. Read more
Ordered 2 adult meals 1 kids nugget meal. 1 regular chz burger with no onions or bacon like requested. Anyway. I was charged for... a burger happy meal as well. That I DID not order and she would not refund me. My big mac had 0 sauce and was sloppy as heck.Umm. Yeah what the heck. While ordering she has no idea what she was even doing. Solid McDonalds location, food in on point, fast service, mobile ordering available drive through option also. Modern interior... is clean with plenty of comfortable seating options. Currently waiting on a DoorDash order I placed a while ago, still won?t be here for about 20 minutes. I understand DoorDash is... separate from the establishment itself, but when I asked them to make sure I get fresh warm food and a frozen frappe, I wasn?tpleased with the response. They told me once they receive it, they make it. Understandable, but when the delivery is pushed halfof an hour further back, they won?t ensure you have fresh food and will not remake your order. I understand this costs therestaurant an extra few bucks, but customer satisfaction should ALWAYS come above anything else. I have never worked somewherethat would do such a thing. It may be ?protocol?, but when things come up out of the customer?s control, I feel there should bea protocol in place for that too. Makes the customer feel not important and that their $30 they just wasted will be the last $30McDonalds ever sees again. They are sending cold food and a most likely melted frappe. Do better lmao.
