Unable to take credit card at drive through. Inside worker abrupt and was heard to say she would be happy when her shift ended.... Food was thrown willy-nilly into the bag. Appeared to be 2 new employees doing their best. Trainer shouted instructions withoutcalm explanations. Read more
Was told they could only accept cash, which is perfect, so I ordered then got to window and they wouldn't accept a $50 bill but... told me I could go get change and come back. Wasn't like my order was only a few dollars either. Read more
I will never go back here. My dad, my kids and I went to dine in today. I went up to the counter and the lady rudely told me... ?you need to use the kiosk?. Alrightyyy then. Go over to the kiosk, start putting in the order for my meal. It would not let mechoose a drink. I asked one of the employees if she could come help me and then gave me some bs answer that didn?t even help.Ended up leaving, one of the other workers made a snooty remark right before we left. What happened to "Stay Open Late". The Sparta, WI Taco Bell closes at 9pm. What has happened to Taco bell?!?! This is... unacceptable. No other Taco Bell that I know of closes this early. You need to get it together and stay open later. Adjust yourschedule to stay open later. Unfortunately there aren't any places that stay open late around here and we are stuck withnothing. Read more
This is my avocado ranch chicken wrap when I opened it up.... chicken piece is approx 2in.. and barely any saysecheese or... lettuce like.. really? Was rom temp as well. Taste is good tho for what I got. Read more
Went there at 9:30-45 pm and when they told us to go ahead and order they cut us off like immediately to talk to the other... employees, then came back on the headset to tell us that their cook had already took the line apart so they couldn?t/ didn?twanna make our food. I work in fast food as well and if I was to do this while closing my boss would definitely be eithercutting my hours or firing me altogether. EVERYONE IS SHORT STAFFED RIGHT NOW! Read more
