Visited this place on 7/3/22. So happy that we could actually come inside to eat cause our A&W in Sevierville TN is still... locking customers out and forcing us to use drivethu. The staff was amazing and super friendly. There was a small wait forour food, but once we received it everything was there and hot! We actually had to let our chicken cool so the kids could eatit. THIS IS ONE OF THOSE AWESOME FAST FOOD PLACES TO GO TO!!!! If you don't like coming to A&W, you will be missing out on the best... part of all, the root beer floats, however, speaking of which, when me and my family first came to A&W, their ice cream machineunfortunately broke down and I wasn't able to get a float, but I did get root beer. There is also good food here, and it's evencombined with Long John Silver's! 5 stars, but now we need an A&W in Lincolnton, NC. Heard they are building one in Gastonia &Kings Mountain next year! Too lazy to work. We stopped by November 28 at 9 pm in the drive through and waited 5 minutes. No response. Then pulled up to... the window, watching her turn and walk away. Next we pulled around and my husband attempted to go in but the doors were lockedand she pointed him towards the drive through. Deja vu. We repeated the same attempts. As we pulled up to the window, we couldsee her hiding behind some shelves. We will not be returning. Read more
