Service was excellent, entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food came quickly and was mainly satisfactory, although the... lobster bisque was not a bisque. It was very thin, barely even a cream soup. Other than that, the fried perch and catfish wasexcellent. Very happy with the quality of staff and the overall environment. Will certainly return. Stopped in for lunch. You can get most of the items boiled or fried. The small players were more than we could eat. The kids... plates were huge too. The kids grilled cheese though was on a hamburger bun which no kid will enjoy. They do provide hushpuppies at the table and those were good. Read more
The food was great and the portions was more than I could eat. We had a very nice waitress that took good care of us. Also,... could you maybe turn the AC up a bit? It was a little chilly in there for me and my elderly mother. I will be back to get moreof that delicious shrimp. Read more
This was absolutely the best restaurant experience I have had since pre-covid! My boyfriend, his cousin and I came in for lunch... during the busy after-church crowd. As a prior server, that can be the most unorganized time of the week if things don?t runsmoothly. Our server, Mackayla, was so sweet and attentive. I was so amazed how all the servers and busters worked in suchunison. Nothing came out of the kitchen without a small server tray, the sauces on the table were perfectly chilled and clean,every batch of hush puppies were super fresh and hot, and the food was fabulous. And my favorite thing was the diversity of thestaff! We don?t get out much but it has been a week now and we still discuss how impressed we were! I have been twice in one month and have enjoyed it. We love the corn crab soup. On my last visit I wanted to try the tuna... steak. It was a bit over cooked and had mentioned it to the server. Then immediately Laura the owner came to the table and wasnice enough to offer me another one that is cooked as I wanted it. Thank you so much for doing that - it says a lot about howmuch they care about their customers. Will definitely come back here again soon. Read more
Sooooo, I havent been to this place in forever and tonight I see why it's been years since I've ate here. I understand inflation... but for $34.39 for a family of 3, we should at least get what it's worth. The lettace looked old and wasnt fresh. My meat wassuper dry and it seem like you get more portions on the dollar menu then this place. I gave 2 stars and that's just beingrespectful to the young lady at carryout. She has black hair and beautiful eyes. Her hospitality was nice and she was supersweet. Cant say that about the food sadly. This probably going to be my last meal from this place. Read more
