The manager at this place is awesome. He is honest and kind. We had a lot of trouble with our order not coming out. But he... came out to our table and explained what was happening and what he was doing to remedy it. He took good care of us. When aplace is good at the top, you know they work hard to make it good all the way down through! I would recommend this place anyday! The staff is great and the food is good! Read more

Came here with a few friends when visiting South Carolina. The bartender was great and made sure everything was acceptable even... though she was covering the bar and the tables. Spicy Garlic wings were fresh and tasted great. I liked that it also includedfries. It was also fun to play the trivia game on my phone. Read more

I went to this location several months ago. I swore I would not go back! Sunday, my husband and a couple of friends wanted to go... for a few beers and a game. I will admit i was annoyed. Fortunately, the experience was very different than Iexpected. EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED. The staff seems to be more organized. The hostess was happy and actually acknowledged ourpresence. The server was delightful, attentive and well, just about perfect. The restaurant looked clean and the food wasEDIBLE, in fact, it was really good! I asked what changed. I found out that there hadn't been a manager in over a year and nowthey have a great leader who cares! The server actually raved about how much he cares about the staff and proper procedures. Iwas impressed hearing this young lady talk about her new boss! Clearly, she loves her job. She admitted she was just about toquit when the new manager was hired. She told me she actually looks forward to going to work now. That spoke volumes! Who lovestheir boss? Lol! If you have never been or you were turned off in the recent past, things have really changed. We willdefinitely be frequent visitors from now on! Read more

BWs is like a guilty pleasure of mine, always haz been and always will be. Decent food and cold beer. Sports everywhere. Never... have had any issues in 10+ years. But man, when I tell you they gave me the saddest boneless wings you've ever seen, you betterbelieve it. Peep the picture. Looks like they ran to McDonald's and grabbed some nuggets, then cut those in half and threw it onthe plate. Come on BWs, you're better than that. Especially on a football Sunday. Read more

If you?re craving Buffalo Wings don?t go to this location. You would think it wouldn?t take 30 minutes to get a to go order that... you order 30 minutes prior. So an hour total. They were not busy. Our food wasn?t correct once it finally came out. This isn?tour first experience having issues at this location. They don?t make food correctly. They don?t listen to your orders. And staffis rude. On top of this, staff comes in wearing sweat pants. And think that is appropriate attire. We love Buffalo Wild Wings.And frequent here often. This location needs to be closed permanently. I am not usually one to complain about services rendered. I typically enjoy sharing positive experiences to places I've been.... But, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had dining out somewhere. This will be lengthy to cover everything thathappened. We arrived at location a little before 7 P.M. The location was very slow and only had roughly 5 tables seated whichlooked good because I assumed we would receive above average service. After being seated, it took our server 10 minutes to evengreet us. Not a big deal as she was finishing up with one of her tables which left her only one other table besides us. I wantto add that our server was beyond sweet, and that is the only reason I provided 2 stars instead of one. She started herintroduction with explaining and apologizing how short staffed they were which confused me because the lack of guests present inthe dining room. We told her we understood and that it was no problem because we are patient. For reference, there was 2 adultsand 4 kids each of them over the age of 10. She took our drink order after about 15 minutes in and we also put in for 2appetizers in order to give her time to catch up. Our drinks came out in stages, only bringing 2 the first trip, 3 the next tripbrought by people that weren't our server and that led to me being left without a drink. At that point, we did not see ourserver for another 25-30 minutes. When she finally came back to our table, I told her that it had been over 30 minutes of beingseated and I still didn't have my beverage. She quickly apologized and ran to go get my drink for me. After that, we all placedour actual orders. At that point, we still had not received either appetizer as well, but assumed they would be coming outshortly after she put in our full order. Ain?t been to BW3 in a min. in over 6yrs. Use to work there. But I wanted some of they sauces. Good deal on 20 boneless and... fries. But it hasn?t changed. Ordered online, showed up on time waited 5mins to be greeted to say someone will be with you in amin. I looked at the bag, no one reviewed it. It comes with sauce (I ordered on the side) plus the two I paid for. This reviewis all over some sauce. But the fries had to be sitting in a bin since they first dropped. Called a to go order tonight at 11:20. 6 traditional. 10 boneless cheese curds. They said 10 minutes. Did not get our food until... 1205. The restaurant was pretty baron. Since we waited so long we decided to eat in the car. They forgot the southwesternranch and a drink. Food was cold coming straight out of the restaurant. Walked in and got a refund. I understand times are hard.Employees walked around with no purpose: do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. Also my wings weren?t even tossed andcelery and carrots were so skimpy they may as well not have served them. Read more
