I dont usually make reviews at all, much less negative ones. Its no surprise, as i can see from the other reviews, but the... customer service is nonexistent. As someone who also works in the service industry, its more than a little annoying. The ladywho served us didn't care at all. She was very short with my boyfriend (who had never been before) and rushed us along despitethe slow business. She also overloaded on the spicy salsa for both of our meals so it was close to inedible. I do not recommendthis chain location to anyone. I eat here a lot.. however, it is never great. There is always something wrong or they don?t have a certain item or drink. Seems... like the crew is very greedy and don?t put enough food. I always have to ask for extra rice, chicken, etc. because they barleyput anything! I hope management sees this and maybe corrects some things. Because honestly, this is getting pretty bad. This is the worst Chipotle we?ve been in. First off the manager is not very friendly and regularly cuts customers off while they... are ordering. Second, they are regularly out of different items that are a main seller at Chipotle. The meats are either overcooked or have been on the line well past their shelf life or hold times. The guacamole looked like something that came out ababies diaper, it was brown/grey and not appealing in the slightest. We have given this location several chances and this willbe the last one. Worst experience ever, can't say what the food taste like due to leaving after the absolute worst customer service experience... that I've ever experienced! The young lady started rude and ended rude with a manager that never asked me what happened. Shecame from the back after hearing her employee raise her voice at me and asked what's going on out here. The employee began tospurt off basically saying I was the problem. I worked in restaurants for years and understand that many customers are rude butI am not but will not tolerate rude service either! I recommend doing as I did and drive across town for a great serviceexperience with Chipotle not to mention the cleanliness of the store was much better at the other location! Read more

This was my first time eating at a Chipotle. It was good, hot. Very tasty. But they don't provide any sauces to put on their... food except Tabasco sauce. I do not drown my food in sauces and the like but some extra punch sure was needed. The service wasfast and exactly what I ordered. Worst Chipotle ever! My order has like 5 small pieces of chicken in my bowl and the food was so bland. There was no one in the... restaurant and I still had to wait over 10 minutes passed my pickup time on my online order while one employee was outsidesmoking and one was leaning on the counter on his phone while someone in back made my food. Meanwhile the tables were all dirty,in fact the whole place was dirty. I left feeling upset then to find my food was not even good just angered me more. Seriouslywhere are the work ethics! I get it good workers are hard to find. No body wants to work on the food industry anymore. The line was out the door. The... people "working " were doing the bare minimum. Some were on there phone and others had Attitudes. When asked for stake theyoung lady turned around and looked at the grill and said it would be awhile. We then said we'll go with the chicken. Rightwhen she scooped the chicken into the bowl someone said stake was done. The service was not good at all. There was no customerservice. It didn't seem like any Chipotle I have visited before. We did get our food to-go. When we got home and started to eatwe noticed the sour cream had a really bad taste to it . It was so bad that we couldn't eat it anymore. We both only had maybe 3to 4 bites before noticing the bad sour cream. I don't think we will be visiting this location anymore unless the get bettermanagement. Read more
