Didn't bother to stay and eat! We were greeted rudely for taking our time to see what we wanted because it was our 1st time in... and was told that the dinning room closes at 8 and it was 7:30 at the time. The girl just slopped the food in a bowl veryhateful and messy. Finally when we went to pay, we were told they could only eccept cash if it was exact. So we left and won'tgo back. I REALLY like Chipotle! It's a conundrum as to why I didn't go here from the get-go! Obviously, my wife is exponentially more... intelligent than me as she and her office pals go here frequently. Unsatisfied Customer..... So my daughter and I decided to try the hillcrest Chipotle for the first time,"Big Mistake!" We stood... in line with no greeting and service for atleast 5mins. Then, the girl comes over and we place our order. When we get to theregister and pay I immediately ask for a receipt because I felt that the price was wrong. The receipt only had half the orderwith no price. I notified them about the issue and they told me that it was only supposed to have words no prices.Hummm. So iwent to my car looked up my menu items that I ordered and to my suprise they over charged me 5.97. I told the young lady and sheproceeded to go back and forth with me about them scamming me out my money. It even got to the point of her asking me was I surein what I told the lady about what I ordered and told me next time what I need to say as if I don't know how to order food. Longstory short I was refunded my 5.97 they scammed me out of with a printed receipt with everything on it. Be VERY careful ineating at this location. Read more

IT IS SO BAD I WANT TO GIVE YOU A ZERO BUT THATS NOT POSSIBLE SO I GIVE YOU A ONE. I love chipotle and I don?t make reviews... unless i would like for it to change. This Chipotle specifically has to make some changes because I?ve been wanting to make areview every time I come here. The crew makes you feel like you?re not welcomed. The order was supposed to be ready but when Iarrived they were just then making it. Mind you there was no other customers in there so it wasn?t busy. It was 5:20pm and therewas no sweet tea left. When I told the staff, the cashier told me that was all the sweet tea left. A full staff and nobodywanted to make sweet tea.. I didn?t make a fuss even though I?m a paying customer and was not satisfied. I love chipotle but theone on westgate area in Spartanburg needs to do better. Last time it was 1 1/2 hours until closing time and they got rid of theteas, and they placed chairs on the tables implying that they don?t want customers to enjoy their meals inside. Went to Chipotle for lunch today. Service was great, staff was friendly, and food was pretty good. Great portion size. HOWEVER,... what the heck is this in my food??! I was chewing and had to spit this out. This is literally a tree leaf in my food! You cantell, it?s pretty obvious what it is. Not sure how this happens? I?ve never had this happen literally ever. When visiting this location, it had only been open about a week. Upon entering the establishment, we saw a very dirty and used... cloth mask in plain sight in the middle of the dining room floor. Since it wasn't busy, we made it through the line and got ourfood rather quickly. The area where the drinks are was dirty and trash was left out on top of the counter. We ate our lunch andwas there about 20 to 25 minutes. I noticed quite a few employees working that day. They were all doing random stuff behind thecounter but no one came out to the dining room to clean. A few other people came in after us and every one of them stepped overthe dirty mask on the floor. By the time we left, none of the employees had come out to the dining room and checked tables orwiped anything down. I have been to other Chipotles, mostly in Florida, but they were cleaner than this one and they had beenopen longer. The food is good but they need to step up their cleaning especially at this time.
