It seems in this day and age good service and quality is a rare thing especially in fast food and moving down the ladder maybe... less for buffets. But having said that this CiCis is one of the cleanest, most well run, best managed and just the level of whatany food establishment should be. There are 2 maybe sisters they look like identical twins and I don't know if they're managersor assistant managers but they keep that place organized and they stay busy and this restaurant based on service, quality andexperience then I'd say this is the single best place in Spartanburg and should be a lesson for any other restaurant out there! I gave 5 stars but their salad bar doesn't have much to offer., but will do in a pinch. On the other hand, their pizza is great,... there's many flavors to choose from. The Dessert pizzas are delicious and the pasta sauces are tasty and great for dipping,according to my granddaughters( of course they have the pasta too).They have tv's to watch while you eat and a gaming area toenjoy while there as well. You can choose Sweet tea or unsweetened tea, as it's self serve here and sodas are also available.The employees were friendly, helpful and worked hard to keep things out on the bars and keep things clean. Good food and very fast employees! It was a rush when we got into there (with maybe 1 or 2 pizzas out) and by the time we had... our drinks made they had almost the whole bar full! It had been years since I had been to a Cici's pizza. I was surprised by how fresh their salad bar is. They keep it well stocked... and I don't think you can find a cheaper better salad around. I always do enjoy the pizza as well. My favorites are theBarbecue, Spinach Alfredo and the Garlic cheese bread. The salad is what brings me back though. Read more
Had to grab a quick bite after church before going to my daughter's bowling league get together. Pizza was steady coming out of... the ovens and the bars stayed pretty well stocked with a great variety of pizzas. The salad bar was stocked with chopped lettuceand no big chunks of the core. Pretty good selection of salad toppings and dressings too! Read more
Gone are the days when they greet you when you come in with "Welcome to CiCi's". Not sure if they did away with that but... crickets were chirping when I dined in. The girl at the register looked like she was training someone & neither one of themlooked like they wanted to be there. I did not get any greeting at all, just a blank look on both of their faces. The food wasgood though and stocked pretty well and their salad bar looked real nice & fresh at least. Read more
January 18, 2022 * 1:02 p.m. - Late on my review & I apologize for that peeps. 6 of us went & were only inside the... establishment for about 35-40 minutes. The salad, was the best part of the meal for me. I wasn't too happy with the selectionof pizzas. Seems they kept remaking the same ones, as far as toppings / different pizzas. The food was "alright". There were4 kids with us & only 2 or 3 of the games even worked... which was specifically why we had choosen CiCi's. We had not been tothis location in several years. Not sure when we will return & as far as giving a recommendation, I would suggest goingelsewhere unless they seriously step up their pizza game & actually have games available to the children! Very cheap and friendly family spot to go eat at. The kids love going here whenever they want pizza. They have a game room which... is convenient for kids after they eat so they can enjoy themselves. Also the customer service is always pretty good they alwaysgreet you upon arriving and also keep the pizza well stocked and fresh as possible. Also I do like their salad bar as well.Great place to go! Read more
