We were visiting Michigan City, Indiana from Springfield, Missouri. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. The... food was good but the service sucked. We had to keep chasing down the waiter to get drink refills and napkins. The waiter seemslike he wasn?t interested in our table. I think we?ll keep driving next trip we take there. My grandsons birthday was on 07/14/2022 we decided to all go to Dennys location 4925 S. Howell Ave. Milwaukee Wisconsin ,... 53207 after his soccer game, it was a party of 8. It was not a busy day us and 4 other people 1-We were taking care bytrainees. 2- the waitress spilled all our drinks right by us 3- they didn?t bring our complete meal 4- we asked for xtrabacon and got two shriveled overcooked slices for a table of 8 5-we were eating with a puddle of ice water, underneath us. 6-We were accompanied by a fat fly flying all over us 7- We were startled by a bum that came in asking us all and other customersfor money, my husband had to help escort him out with the manager! It was horrible experience and if it was only my husband andI, we would?ve just walked out but we had a group of kids, toddlers! I ordered specifically a soft egg in an ultimate omelette I also ordered a toasted English muffin. The eggs arrived very hard and the English muffin was barely toasted. I understand I hate it because I was hungry I did notenjoy it very much. I ask you that to have it re-cooked or fixed and the waitress told me that I ate it already so she wouldn?tdo anything. I went to the Waterloo Illinois store this morning and decided to have chicken fried chicken for breakfast with home fries and... rice. As you can tell by the picture my chicken was almost burnt, the potatoes which I asked to be fried on the grill withonions were deep-fried as dark as that chicken and the onions were raw. Which means they weren?t cooked and then there was therice that tasted old, it was extremely sticky and it didn?t taste very well. Is it that hard for waitresses and cooks to followdirections. I would?ve complained but I didn?t wanna have to wait another 15-20 minutes for my food that should?ve been cookedcorrectly the first time and I was also afraid of what the cook doing something to my food because I complained. Plain andsimply put this is the worst meal that I?ve had at this Denny?s or any Denny?s in my life. But my dog sure did love the rice andchicken fried chicken. Just as bad as their restaurant 2 weeks on this Saturday and my case has not been resolved!!! I was charged a total of 3 times... on one visit because their credit card machine was down I?ve called 5 times and keep getting excuses first it takes up to 5 daysto refund me the two fees of $40 ($80 total)! I left a voicemail for a supervisor yesterday and didn?t get a call today?! Howannoying give me my money back and don?t take 5 days to do it you took it out in 2 days give it back and give me a gift card formy trouble!! I?m staying on top of this issue and it?s not my job!! The waitress was rude, and one of the pictures is of a rotten grape ???? and that was in their fruit bowl as a side, and the... other picture is of a rotten banana ???? on my daughters pancakes ???? I had hair in my super bird milkshake was water and warmand they took nothing off the bill and we never saw a manager. I'm in Hendersonville nc. Me and my wife sit here over an hour and still no service other folks has come in and can has been... waited on. We're sad to say we are leav6and will not be back. Our denny's we drive to in cullman al is always very good service. We drive from gadsden Alabama to it 61 miles sometimes to eat there.. we're visiting family here in Hendersonville nc.
