We have given them multiple opportunities to correct poor quality customer service and keep getting burned. You're probably... trying to get pizza to make things easier tonight, right? Well, unfortunately this is not the place. My most recent order had 4items to be delivered. Two of the 4 items were completely wrong. Ordered online with mobile app, using 5.99 coupon code. Ordered a handmade pan with beef & bacon and traditional sweet tai... wings! The my driver arrived within reasonable time with very hot food! I called a asked if the would run my wings through twice(I like to make sure it?s cooked ????) and they honored my request! She was very sweet and friendly over the phone. They werecooked perfectly! delivery times are usually on point however there have been times when i found myself waiting almost 2 hours...i live 5 mins... away! they do their best to make up for such delinquencies and i appreciate the effort made to right the occasional wrongs. thefood here is consistently prepared properly unlike the other local stores ergo i prefer this location. Worst place to order your food. Might as well forget it from this particular place. Their pure incompetence is completely beyond... me. That or it?s simply laziness. We ordered. We set it up to pay in cash. They bring it to the wrong address. They hand it offto whoever for free. No questions apparently. We call them and they explain how they made that mistake and how they handed ourfood off for free. Oh but don?t worry after already waiting 2 hours we can just wait another hour for them to potentially handit off to someone else once more. How they haven?t shut down from these poor business practices is certainly questionable. Read more
