I go here 2-4 times a month. I'm not typically a fan of chains, but this sub shop is consistently good. It is incredibly well... managed; there are good vibes amongst the staff, and they are fast and friendly. My sandwich is always enjoyable, and I'vetried nearly everything on the menu at this point. Ordered an Italian sub with no onions. First half of the sub did not taste normal. Dawned on me that they had not put any... Italian dressing on it. They provided me with a cup of dressing and that improved the taste but still not what they normallytaste like. Having a hard problem with 2 large an one medium sub and drinks coming to $35+.
