Cashier had earbuds in had to repeat order three times. I was missing a fry and told the manager(who also was on speaker phone... with someone) she swore it was in bag. If i could rate this less, I would. I ordered almost $60 in food, this is mostly due to Doordash's taxes and delivery fees. This... store then proceeds to give my order to someone else, the dasher then contacts me saying that my order was given away and thatthere's nothing she can do. Well, I wouldn't be writing a review if I even received my order. But none the less I canceled myorder and tried again. This time I guess some smart employee decided to just give my dasher two items of my $60 dollar order. Ireceive a bag of just fries. That's it. Only fries. So yeah I paid $60 for just fries instead of my actual order. Due to thefact that doordash cant refund me what is paid at the store already now I'm short $60 and have a bag of fries that I didnt evenorder. Perfect service all around if u ask me :D Read more

Wish I would have gotten the gentleman's name working the counter at 1pm today, July 11th. He was very friendly and quick! As... for the food, it was our first time trying Jack's. ...Your drink machine needs stocked/repaired. Your dining room is in needof a good mop & wipe down. Didn't get served in the drive-thru at 4am. Was told they were only accepting online and door dash orders. Maybe don't have the... drive-thru menu on at your 24 hour fast food joint if you're not actually serving for 24 hours? Read more
