It's a typical LJS. Great when fresh, just ok when not fresh. This particular LJS accidentally didn't give me back my debit card... when I went through the drive thru. I didn't realize it for 2 days. I went back on a whim and sure enough the cashier rememberedme a s had put my card in the safe. Honesty goes a LONG way. Kudos and Thank You! Read more
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Denise R.!! I stopped on a whim and almost walked out ( was not sure what to get). When... Denise was walking in. With a smile asked politely, if before we go she can help us pick something out. She is so sweet I orderso much. I was also so happy to see she was just naturally kind. As an elderly couple left the restaurant she hope they enjoyedthe meal and wished them a good day. Plus Chuck the cook was also wonderful. Food was yummy. I was so impressed I had to writethis post. I'm from out of state and it was the best example of Southern hospitality at a fast food restaurant I ever had. ???? Read more
Food came out hot, accurate and fast (I was the only one in there at 7p). My big concern was the dirty tables everywhere while... it seemed like the staff was cutting up behind the counter. I found 4 ants crawling across my table from the condiment area. It does look like the staff does clean, but it maybe at the end of the shift. If they can clean things up, I'll return, butuntil then. No more Westgate LJS. Everyone seemed nice and cordial, but nothing motivated anyone to clean the dining areaafter customers. Read more
Not blaming the workers that actually showed up to work, but it was very slow. Drive thru seemed to be the best option here, as... going inside for take out took 15 minutes for our group of 4 people to get our food. Seemed disorganized during the lunch rushhour because they had 3 people assembling food for drive thru and only 1 person (the cashier) assembling food for folks waitingin the lobby. Read more
