I went here yesterday. The worker's were not customer friendly whatsoever. They looked angry to be there. The cookies were not... very good, and they made me sick. When I went to ask for a refund they told me they couldn't because a manager wasn't there.Today I come into work (I work in the same mall) and my boss told me the manager came to to talk to her. The girls said I wasrude and that they weren't going to give me a refund. My boss said they'd work something out with me. I find this behavior tobe appalling and completely unprofessional.
