I?ve always loved this McDonalds. They?re always nice and get through their line pretty fast. Tonight, I had a small issue with... was explained to me by the very nice manager. I ordered a large fry but got a medium. The woman told me she?d fix it, took the medium fry, and came back with this ?large... fry.????????????????????? If you're gonna dump my medium fry in a large box try and be more subtle. I ain?t even mad tho causethe mcchicken was gas. Read more
Only one star because the fries were good. I went inside to order. 1. The kiosk specifically said to pull a numbered placard... from the left and enter that number in the order and it would be brought out to me. This was not done and other orderscompleted before mine and I had to go to the counter to get it. 2. The chicken sandwich was burned on one half. Burned. Thecounter person then said that that was the way it's normally cooked and served. No apology and no attempt to correct it. I havea picture. 3. I said I wanted a QPC instead. She went to someone in the cooking area and repeated what I said. That personsaid "I don't care". Multiple times. Now, when someone cooking food for you says "I don't care", you best believe that I'mnever eating food from that person. I got a refund and left. Again, no apology or attempt to correct the issue. Now if you likeburned chicken, by all means, go to this McDonalds. But I've never had chicken like this from Wendy's, Popeye's, BK, or CFA. Read more
This has always been our favorite McDonald?s restaurant but today it was not good at all ! I don?t really know what happened but... the chicken nuggets were chewy and nasty! Apple pies were so dry and hard they didn?t even taste like apples. The large frieswere more like filled half way in the container. They were nasty anyways! The only thing that we ordered that was good was thesweet tea ! The customer service at the drive thru window wasn?t even as nice as they usually are ! It was at lunchtime so youwould think you would get fresh cooked food but obviously today was not the day ! I hate I wasted my money, it was not worth itat all !!! Very disappointed!!! Read more
So this is the second time in a row we have ordered large fries and have gotten a medium. Also. The last time we were there we... waited 20 minutes. To have a tomatoe the size of a quarter on our hamburgers. It?s obvious this McDonald?s is ripping peopleoff. You do not get what you pay for. Avoid at all costs. Read more
As time goes by, the McDonald's franchise has been slipping in many different areas. For years, a large Frappe has been in a... large cup and filled to the top, for the most part. Today, after charging me the same price as always, I was informed that themedium cup is the new large, which to be frank is smaller than a normal medium. Thanks McDonald's for helping contribute to thepost COVID inflation issues. Not only did I pay for a smaller version of what I ordered for almost half a decade, but also theycan not even fill the cup all the way up. You have finally lost my business, McDonald's. Read more
