This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in town! One of the few (if not one of the only) restaurants in the area to not use the... pandemic as an excuse to disproportionately adjust their rates. 1 star is because of the drink. I went there tonight and was highly disappointed. The menus were sticky as if they hadn?t been... cleaned in forever. The floors were not kept. Now for the food. Everything tasted the same. No defiant taste difference. And Ihad t bone steak and it was very very tough. Not to mention my stomach has been upset since leaving the restaurant. Read more

Normally we go to the monterrey on the Eastside Came here to I'm assuming the manager sitting at the bar who waved us to sit... down anywhere so we did A couple of girls where drunk and burping loudly the entire meal it was very off putting and I kindawish the staff excused them out of the building as they where making a scene. Otherwise the food was good and the staff did thebest they could with rude customers. Read more
WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL, Wonderful people, service, and the cook sure knows what they are doing. The place was clean and... the waiter was wearing a face mask for safety. The food was fresh and hot and the staff was making sure you were okay. They weregreat at making sure you had what you needed when you asked for it. This is what I call a great place to eat get full and meetwonderful people at the same time. Well worth the time and money for the services and food and the people trying hard to makesure you are happy. Yes, you get both big plates and the taco all for $11.50. The El Combo Special. The red sauce in the bowl isspicy dipping sauce for the tortilla chips. The bowl of cheese cost extra but it's worth every penny. If you want to get yourmoney's worth this is the place to go. My children and I have ate here so many times and between the prices being different every single time and the service we... received today, we do not plan on coming back. My children and I walked in and the restaurant was pretty empty, we waited nearly10 mins and never seen anyone. Then a couple came and they were immediately greeted and told to have a seat where ever theylike..we still were not even spoken to! So we went ahead and sat down as well, of course the couple was served first after wewere there nearly 10 mins before them! When he came to our table and I let him know and he just said "sorry", he took our order,brought our food and then we never seen him again! We had to ask another server for more tea and my son had to get up and go getour takeout boxes himself! I asked the lady ringing us up was she the owner and she said yes she was the owners daughter. I toldher what happened and all she said was "I will talk to him about it", didn't offer to take anything off our bill due to theneglect and poor service. I am a manager myself at a local retail shop and I would never ever handle business this way! You takecare of your customers no matter what! Very very disappointed! Read more
