It could be the fact I?m use to the Greenville location but this was the worst papadia I?ve had?
Based on Uber pickup. Never eaten at this location. Little wait time, had a person in front of me. Staff was nice. Order was... ready. There was a strong smell though, similar to acetone (paint remover) not sure why as there were no indications ofpainting. Don't think I'll order from here, I like papa John's but if the pizza taste like the store then I'd rather not know! Read more
They charged my debit card 2 times for the same order so I called to tell them while waiting in line and the ceeeelut that... answered the phone immediately got a attitude with me. Then proceeded to tell me reasons why it could have happened. But therewas nothing she could do about it that I needed to call my bank. Said she could cancel my order so I told her to do so and aftershe did it I was told it would take 3 Business days to return to my card. Whole place is run by kids and clowns. Read more
One of my go-to's for pizza delivery. Whenever I call and place my order for delivery the staff is always knowledgeable, cordial... and thorough. I'm usually given a half hour to an hour but they are always a little earlier than that. We'll run store! Read more
Ordered a meat pizza with extra sausage no bacon and thin crust. Nothing extra was the worst papa johns I've ever gotten
This incident happened on Tuesday January 11, 2022 @1700h. This occurred at Store#1822. My wife (brand new customer to this... location) had the rudest experience from this location today. They went up there to get some food. They made the pizza andskimped on the toppings. After she paid for the pizza she looked at it, and was disappointed with the quantity of bacon on thepizza. She asked to speak to the manager (The individual was Caucasian and did not want to disclose his name.) There were twomanagers present and neither one wanted to approach the counter. They were trying to tell the cashier to relay the message. Thenmy wife stated "No, I would like to speak to the manager." The manager then came over to the counter and became belligerent,rude, and uncouth and spoke to my wife in a very foul tone. He raised his voice stating that there was enough bacon on the pizzaand my wife said no it's not and he repeatedly ordered the cashier to give her a refund. She had to request a refund receiptfrom the cashier because it was not voluntarily given. My wife asked to reorder and she was told NO by the manager as hecontinued to tell the cashier to give her a refund. I'm pleased to announce the Most uncouth business in South Carolina. Stayclear of this establishment. They're definitely not getting any recommendations. I'M REPORTING THIS TO THE BETTER BUSINESSBUREAU, AND THE CHANNEL 7 NEWS. Ordered an extra large, garlic parmesan crust with Italian sausage (extra sausage), bacon, onion, and black olive. This is what... I got. Called to complain, and was told this is what I ordered. The gentleman I talked to also said that by ordering thegarlic parmesan crust, it automatically changed the pizza to a large, and that was the fault of the app, as if this knowledgewas known amongst all it's customers. I then said I was going to post this online, and was told to remember to say that Ididn't know how to order a pizza. Customer service is terrible. If you're wanting to get a inexpensive easy meal, you'rebetter off ordering from somewhere else. Called the corporate number, and they listened to what I had to say, but basicallybrushed me off.
