Worst experience of customer service ever. I called with specific instructions and was on hold for 30 minutes because there was... a lot of back and forth, then finally they said the could do it. When the pizzas were delivered the Soda was warm, and the wingsdidn?t come as ordered. So, I called back and they placed me on hold for 15 minutes, when they answered they took my complaintand put me on hold for another 20 minutes, just to answer saying sorry they couldn?t do anything about that. I said ?welcome toSouth Carolina I guess right?? and the lady said ?I guess? and just hung up on me. Mind you my son eats a lot of pizza so theylost a lot of business. Also, we just moved in to our new home, so we don?t have a refrigerator yet or ice, and we didn?t eatthe wings so that was a loss, and had to drink water; who drinks hot soda? I simple credit to my account (phone number) for thenext order would have sufficed, but their rudeness and incompetence ruined any future business opportunities. Read more
I placed an order for a stuff crust cheese steak pizza and breadsticks. When I finally got home, I opened the breadsticks and... they looked un cooked. My child and I took a bite and the center was not cooked. I called the store to advise the managerand spoke with Brandon the manager. He offered to remake my food but I would need to pick it up. I declined as it was closeto 10 pm. I wasn?t going back out. Truly disappointed. I wish I could add a picture to show what these breadsticks lookedlike. Read more

Worst experience with pizza delivery I?ve had in a long time. Won?t be ordering from here again. I had explicit instructions on... my online order not to ring the bell and to leave the pizza and the door. Neither of those happened. Then the driver tried todeliver the pizza to my neighbors house apparently because the neighbor proceeded to call me. I saw the car drive away and therewas no pizza at my door. 10 minutes later I found it on my back porch which means this person unlatched my gate and walked in mybackyard where my dogs usually are with no warning. The pizza was cold and not very good by the time I FOUND it. Teach youremployees to read instructions or call next time. My delivery order came promptly and was hot which was great, but I was missing the extra sauces I had specifically ordered. When... I let the delivery driver know she politely apologized and gave me instructions on how to get in touch with the manager at thestore to resolve the issue. Once I contact the store I was quickly able to speak with the manager that was able to give me ahappy resolution to my issue. My compliments to the employees and management of this location for their excellent customerservice. Read more
Haven't had pizza from Papa John's in quite some time... it is better than I recall. Went to the drive up window and the pizza... was not quite ready so the young lady asked if I could drive around to the front and before I could pull into the spot she waswalking out to give it to us. Read more
