If you're a fan of Japanese ramen and sushi like we are, then this restaurant is a must try! We had the special ramen and the... udon soup (forgot the exact name). Everything was beyond expectations. Nestled into the tree lined neighborhood of Hillside makes you think that Spartanburg is a hidden away secret that must be... discovered and you have found a jewel. The food was very good, well prepared, fresh and tasteful. I wanted to try more but Isettled for the Kabuki Roll of spicy tuna and some fried calamari; both more than satisfied my appetite. My wife and I have been going to Sake for a few months now after moving to Spartanburg. The waitstaff are courteous and... thorough. The food is AMAZING! My wife likes sushi and has ordered most rolls on the menu now. Her favorites are the Dragon rolland the Brooklyn roll. I always order the Hibachi Filet and Lobster.
