I picked up an Uber Order. I don't personally drink or eat anything from here, I think it's overhyped, & overpriced. So as far... as quality goes, I have no clue. The wait was unacceptable, I was the only person in line yet I had to wait. Apparently someonedidn't label the order & it was just sitting on the counter while I waited on someone to make it until a staff member looked forthe order & found it. Just unnecessary. It's a decent place to stop for coffee. Parking lot is a bit awkward to get to the drive through since its connected to another... lot, so you have cars sometime fighting to get around eachother. People will cut eachother off in the drive thru if they're notangled just right behind the vehicle in front of them. That makes it difficult for people wanting to get to the other businessesto get through and around, so I've witnessed a bit of road rage in the lot. I was a little disappointed with how some of theemployees behave when you ask about your order. I had a drink that is normally about $9 and it came out to almost $11 so I triedto double check and make sure there hadn't been any mistakes made during ordering, but the girl with glasses in the drive thruwindow got an attitude and was quite abrasive for simply asking questions. I don't think its unreasonable to ask about an orderif something seems off. She got quite short and snippy with me. Usually there is an extremely friendly gentleman at the windowthat does a fantastic job, but unfortunately not today. Read more
Landed here shortly before a Wedding ceremony I was officiating at the Cleveland Park venue. The young man who served me was... dealing with a disgruntled customer in the drive-thru when I walked in , however he did not app ly his frustration to mytransaction. Order was as good as always but specifically shouting out the staff here! Excellent, super friendly service & got to overhear... the team building up & encouraging a new hire while they worked. You can tell this team loves working together & that they enjoytheir work. Made the atmosphere special. ???? Read more
My drink was good but I ordered extra caramel and it was a disappointment! It was made in a rush and I could tell. The place... wasn?t busy so no excuse. I always want my receipt no exception but I wasn?t given one. Next time, I?ll try a differentStarbucks! Read more
I thought it would take forever because the line was so long, but they really surprised me! I probably didn't wait five minutes... before placing my order, and I was car number 9, and maybe another minute or two before I was out of there. Very nice baristaalso???? Read more
I was in need of an afternoon pick me up, and I knew that Starbucks would follow through. I was a bit wary of their food... selection due to the fact that it looked like it had been sitting out for some time. I ended up getting a prepackaged fruit andcheese tray. It was very good and all of the fruit tasted very fresh. I drinks were made quickly and as expected. We set outon the patio and enjoyed our drinks. It's right next to a busy highway, so it was a bit noisy, but we didn't really mind. Allin all this location was great. Read more
